I installed this electronic keypad lock within about 30 minutes. Once I downloaded the app and went through all the settings it is very cool. You can use a security card, keypad, regular key, or the app to unlock/lock the unit. It is a very sleek design with solid glass keypad, no buttons. I highly recommend this lock as it has very user friendly settings and allows for multiple users and temporary access.

Left hand door opening setup!!!!! Read this and save time.
The item is good and works as advertised however, tge lock must be set up for left hand opening or right hand opening. Easy enough during installation. Here is the problem, out of the box, no matter how you install it the app default is for right hand opening. YOU MUST CHANGE THE APP SETTINGS TO LEFT OPENING or THE LOCK WILL BE UNLOCKED WHEN THE WHEN THE VOICE is saying itâs LOCKED. The instructions donât tell you this until you read the troubleshooting section. It took me 3 hours to figure this out! Without that hiccup itâs fast easy installation.

Edit: still no replacement even tho it’s been sitting in ordered since the day of this first review. Still have a hole in my door. Canceling and ordering through someone that isn’t out here scamming with junk products. Read other reviews carefully and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!Device seems like it will be good but lock that was shipped was missing the bolts to attach the two sides together as well the cards to unlock. Waiting on replacement, will update review once received and installed.
