Excellent product!
If youâre SMEG fans then no need to think – get this electric kettle if youâre in the need for one. The price is high but you get what you pay for. The noise is not as loud as other kettles. It is very fast to boil water. It doesnât take much of counter space and the look is so adorable for any kitchen. Iâm happy i got this kettle. It came super well packed!

This electric water kettle by Smeg is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. My kitchen is pretty contemporary but this retro design fits right in I love the auto shut off and this dusty jade color fits right in with the glass tiles. Just look how lovely it looks sitting née m t to my Keurig and French press.so whether itâs tea, coffee or a noodle soup this heats up quickly , had a large 7 cup capacity and is a breeze to clean. You will not be disappointed with this sturdy electric kettle.

broke within 6 months
Got this January 12 2025, it is currently July 20 2025. The plastic part of the lid has broken and it wonât open with the push button mechanism anymore. For how expensive these are Iâd expect a little more longevity.Prior to breaking Iâd say what you are paying for is a cute tea kettle with the name smeg, nothing special.

The kettle is plastic
The kettle looks beautiful and it works fine. But the kettle is actually a plastic handle with plastic parts. It looks very sturdy in the photos but is not so sturdy when you lift it and use it. However I got over the initial surprise that it was somewhat of a cheap plastic product and really do like the way it looks and it does heat the water nicely and works very well. I think for the price of the kettle, I sorta expected it to be more solid.I do like it enough to have bought a second kettle to use at my vacation home. So I did by it twice and I do love the look of the design. Just know itâs not a sturdy kettle so if you have guest or kids who are not courteous to not break the plastic parts, you will have an expensive kettle with broken plastic parts.

I have been using the SMEG every single day since I bought it and Iâm impress with the quality and easy way to used it , it is so practical and safe to use. I thinks the best thing about using it is that every time it heats up automatically turns off. If you can just buy it , you wonât regret it!

Beautiful design⦠but whatâs with the wire?
This SMEG percolator looks amazingâclassic SMEG style, sleek and snazzy. But the gray wire totally throws it off. It looks so commercial and out of place. Why not a white cord to match the vibe? Still giving it 4 stars because the design is otherwise on point.

I needed a new kettle and this one looks so nice on the counter it boils fast made very well a solid kettle I looked in stores but only needed hot water not all those fancy ones this one is fantastic

La marca es muy buena en diseño y cumple su función principal que es calentar agua, ya hay una versión que te calienta el agua a diferentes temperaturas, lo vi recién recibà el producto, pero en mi caso es suficiente, amantes del té muy puntuales se hubieran arrepentido.
