Great Product!!
This is a great product! I love the ease of use. The cordless feature is great so I can use it anywhere. This is a very deep massage. I was surprised but it massages very hard and took me a bit to get used to. But it works great. The only thing I would change is better battery life or maybe let it work when plugged in in charging mode. Very good price compared to similar products. No noise and very light.

Awesome Massager
I have enjoyed this massager. I have used it about 4 times since I got it. I enjoy the heat feature, the cordless feature, and the feature where you can change the intensity and mode of the massage. I have to do the lowest intensity and that really helps with my neck and shoulders. I enjoy the handles that you hold on to. The battery so far seems to last great for me.

Very handy neck massager!
I bought an another large neck massager long time ago and was fully satisfied with it. The only drawback was the size, which is pretty bulky to travel around with. As I found this one is on Black Friday sale, I decided to get it for our trip to New York! I tried this and loved it as it provides almost similar quality massage on my shoulder compare to the other one I got. My wife also liked this one! This is so small that I can even put it in a small crossbag! This will keep me comfy during my trip!

Strong- but a game changer
I seriously love this neck massager. Itâs definitely on the stronger side, but in the best wayâlike a deep tissue massage right where I hold all my tension. Iâve been using a little lotion on my neck before turning it on (not sure if thatâs officially recommended, but it works great for me!) and it helps the massager glide better. After a couple weeks of consistent use, my tech neck is basically gone. Total game changer.

I have been using it for a few months now for a few times a week for my back pain. Surprisingly the built in battery actually can last for quite a long time than I was expected. Perhaps I donât usually turn on the heating function.

How often do you buy something for £50 that changes your life? Itâs happened to meâ¦precisely no timesâ¦until now. Iâm sure one reviewer stated they donât know how they got through life before this massager came alongâ¦I hear you!After living in Thailand for five years, I returned to the UK last December and knew one of the things Iâd miss most would be the strong Thai massages. I even considered bringing my masseuse back with me (I mean really) and when she told me sheâd have to bring her seven kids, I still gave it serious consideration. In the end, I chose to leave this large family behind but found myself wondering where Iâd find such fab massages. Itâs hard to believe that Iâve now discovered this ârobotic massagerâ which offers a very similar service.Originally, I was going to buy a back massager, which attaches to a chair, and Iâm so glad I didn’t. This one can be used pretty much anywhere on the body and although Iâve used it mostly on my back and shoulders, itâs also amazing on my feet â like having reflexology. As well as giving great massages, itâs been very effective in reducing significant pain I have in one of my shoulders.As I enjoy strong massages, I favour the fast speed but there is a slower setting for a less intense experience. The heat option is nice too â it doesnât get really hot but definitely adds a comforting feel to the process. On the day the massager arrived, I felt like a kid at Christmas whoâs just received the coolest gift! Iâve had it nearly two weeks now and am still loving it.One final though: I opted for the cordless version and definitely made the right choice. Because of the flexible nature of the massager, I feel it would be restrictive to be linked to the plug socket with a lead â especially as I sometimes use it while walking round the room for exercise. Perfect for any future lock downs!And just in case youâre wonderingâ¦the reference to an albatross refers to the way it hangs around your neck with a wing-like flappy piece dangling either side.
