Retire in comfort for a while
OK so the day this came we had to hold it in the air for the grandkids to try out and boy did my hubby’s arm get tired. We hung it on the arbor with a heavy duty spring and I love it. I am 5’7 and can sit in it comfortably with my knees up and my feet inside. This was a concern when I bought it and I couldn’t find any reviews that addressed that. So if you are 5’7 or shorter you should be able to curl up in it with a good book. It is quite sturdy and oh so comfy to just swing away the day. My grand kids can’t get into it fast enough and so I only get to use it when they aren’t around. The color is true to photo and the fabric is soft and comfy. Pillows are a good size also. I would buy this again. I might even get another for the price was quite reasonable.

Super Comfortable!!
I love this chair, I hung it in the yard and swing away reading. The chair has one loop at the top so it allows me to twist and follow the sun. This is one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever had. I have had it for a year and am very happy with it, I usually bring it in when it rains, but when I forget it dries out quickly. I won’t leave it outside all the time as the spacer bar is untreated pine and I am sure it won’t suffer the elements well. Overall a great hammock chair with a fair price.

Good, but can’t machine wash .
This Hammock hangs on the tree outside and it’s comfortable and good.. however after the birds leave their traces their is no way to seperate the material of this Hammock from the wood part of the Hammock to wash it .Your kinda just stuck trying to brush it of , or rub it in or whatever happens.Other then this issue , the Hammock is good.

Fun and bright
My son loves this chair. We hung it in his bedroom, and he uses it all the time to read in. It’s not as structured looking as the photo, but it’s very comfortable and sturdy. The colors are bright, and the fabric is not scratchy, so it’s easy to enjoy in shorts.

A comfortable world of your own
This is a nifty product. It’s well made and more comfortable than a chair because it cradles and supports most of your body–even your head and neck. There are two pillows to make it all the more cozy. I love it to read or listen in comfort to an audiobook as I swing gently and turn so that the light hits my book perfectly or my view turns slowly 360 degrees. I bought a second chair for my daughter at school who will study in hers on an outside deck. She can quickly unhook it and bring it inside if it rains. I hung my hammock by throwing a couple dollars worth of chain over a beam. A branch would work fine, too.

The advertisement has a photoshopped girl sitting on the chair, which is very misleading. The chair cushions are only 1 square foot small, and you might as well ball up a t-shirt because they are about the same size, very small.The chair does not retain the shape as depicted in the photoshopped images. Imagine sitting on a stretched blanket, the sides of the material will get nearer as you put more weight on it, so you end up being smothered by the wall material. There is no chair back, and the pillows are too small to have any kind of support.The ring at the top of the chair where you hang it from is made of many stands of braided cloth fiber, so you need a very large D-ring to hook onto it. Alternatively you can use a sturdy hook or wrap straps through it.The material seems like weathered cotton, not glossy or smooth, but rough and porous..

Very nice hammock chair
Hung this on an A-frame swing that we built for my autistic teenager daughter. We hung this along with a regular swing. She loves sitting and reading or watching videos on her phone. She finds this swing very relaxing. We built an A-frame that is 8′ tall and only sits in the ground a few inches. We used a heavy duty Marathon swing hanger along with a swivel clip and it sits down far enough that she can sit easily being on 5’3″ tall. Seems sturdy, the colors are bright and fun. This does collapse on you a bit while sitting in it like a hammock but she enjoys it.

Stay away – 3 reasons
This is not a good purchase. Three reasons – (1) the top attachment point is top thick to fit standard carabiners around it and (2) there is also no support other that the rope. Other hammocks Iâve purchased have a thimble for support and so that the rope doesnât wear as much but this doesnât come with one and also doesnât seem like it would support a thimble.Then moving to the bigger issue (3) and you can see the photo uploaded which shows tiny pillows compared to the hammock. These photos are indicative of what you will receive as opposed to the doctored photos that are on the amazon page. The pillows are too small and it makes for an uncomfortable hammock.The hammock in the photos on the amzn page is either much smaller than what you receive or the pillows are much bigger than what you receive. Regardless you are better off staying away from this deceptive seller unless you want a hammock without functional pillows which makes it uncomfortable that is is also a major pain to hang. Good luck

I admired this at Christmas but just didn’t want to spend that extra on myself at that time of year. I waited and kept looking at it…and poof…the price dropped almost in half. So be smart and wait until you see it in the 50 to 60 dollar range. IT IS FABULOUS! My grand daughter who lives with me full time has had so much trauma in her short little life and this swing has been an absolute miracle for her. It allows her that soothing comfort she craves…and she LOVES it. She loved it so much that I had to order another one for her sister as she doesn’t like to share it much…LOL…I have used it several times while the kids are in school and it has enough room for the littlest sister to cuddle up with me. I didn’t want to drill as I am in a rental house so I ordered the Segmart hammock straps and used the hammock straps to secure them over the basement beam and it works great. This appears to be well made and sturdy enough. I am not a tiny woman and it holds my weight without any worry of weakening…And with the baby cuddled in with me we are well over 200 pounds. The cushions come with it and they are not too bad either for the price. If you wanted, you could upgrade the cushions on your own but these really do seem adequate, although over time I imagine they will flatten with all the weight on them. It really is a great swing. Comforting for those few moments here and there that I am able to steal for a break. Laundry is tolerable now because I can relax with my laptop between loads. If you are hesitating and you see this item in strock, GRAB IT before it goes out of stock again…I had to wait a while to see it in stock again after Christmas…and…even at the regular price it is worth every penny now that I see the comfort it brings to my eldest grand daughter. Definitely a five star! ( I am not a discounted tester or paid in anyway or given products for review like some of the other reviewers here.. I pay full price for all my products and therefore have no loyalties to the companies I buy from.) This is a fantastic product!

I bought this for my Sister as a present, she loves it, I also bought the hanging kit. She has put it up under a shady tree where she can overlook the ocean and relax. I personally was disappointed that we did not get the colour shown in the photo, we got a red, yellow & orange stripe. I bought this particular one for the colour. Luckily my Sister is ok with the colour she got. It is not as structured as in the photo, but if youâre looking for a very relaxing swing chair, for the price, I recommend this one and I recommend grabbing the proper hanging kit as well.

Our daughter bought this with her birthday money and has it hanging beside her swing (has a double swing frame in the garden). Seemed very good value for money and were a little worried whether it would be good quality. No reason to worry it is a good sturdy construction, good quality material and looks fantastic. The cushions are a bonus and she loves just sitting in it reading or relaxing. Comfy for parents too! Would highly recommend.
