I only have two small speakers—where’s the big soundbar? Does it come with a long soundbar and two speakers?
No, it’s just two joinable soundbars that can be connected into one long soundbar, or you can set them up separately as two vertical tower speakers.
Why is there sound from only one speaker and no sound from the other speaker?
You must connect them with a cable. If not, only one speaker will have sound. The package includes two cables: one long and one short.
Why does my TV remote control not control the sound bar?
Our speakers can only be controlled by the remote control that comes with the speaker and are not compatible with other remote controls.
Why isn’t there any sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting – Different TVs have different sound settings.
Why does the product automatically shut down when not in use and cannot be turned on?
To protect the performance and life of the soundbar, the speaker is set to power saving mode. If there is no sound source input, it will automatically shut down after 30 minutes. You need to restart the power supply to use it again

I got this for our camper. We love camping but the tv in our camper even turned all the way up sometimes doesnât allow us to hear the tv over noise from outside or heavy rain on the roof. So I go us this and we used it this past weekend on our camping trip. It was perfect. We could hear everything so easily. It wasnât even turned up much. It was so easy to set up that my teen son did it. I love that you can use as one sound bar or detach it and use as two separate pieces on each die if the camper. It is nice looking and easy to understand and operate it. The remote is a nice size and the button sizes are great and not too complex. The sound that you is perfect. Makes you feel like you are in the movie. I love that you can set it on a table or wall mount it. That makes it great for any use. I really like that you can use Bluetooth option or cable hook up with it. That makes it easy and convenient for any use. I like how you can switch between movie ,music , and game mode so it makes it the best experience for what you are using it for. I prefer things that have buttons to control it if the remote gets lost and thankfully this one has buttons on the unit. So easy to use. It is nice looking and sleek looking. Works great and looks great. Perfect for our camper.

It’s OK, no bass
Used it for a couple days. Not to impressed. Sound is a little better than tv speakers. There is no bass to it. There is a setting for EQ, but it’s preset. Music, news or movies.. was easy to hook up. Will be sending it back for something with bass..
