APPLICATION SPRAY FOAM: Spray foam insulation is simple to utilize. Before using expanding foam, give the can a good shake to guarantee adequate mixing. Apply the spray foam insulation with ixirpro Spray Foam Gun to the targeted area. Give the foam a full day to cure before cutting or shaping it as desired. Before the foam cures, remove any extra foam by using a solvent or cleaner. Each spray foam insulation can can be used up to incredible 20 board feet.
IDEAL APPLICATION: For best results, attach the nozzle and spray the insulation foam from a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the surface. This ensures a smooth, even coverage. Spraying too close with excessive pressure may cause the foam to burst and detach, while spraying from too far can result in uneven, scattered application. Achieve professional-quality results with this precise technique. (Spray foam gun not included)
QUICK CURING EXPANDING FOAM: ixirpro spray foam insulation owing to its unique closed cell spray foam sealant formula, it sticks very well to a wide range of surfaces, including glass, MDF, metal, concrete, stone, brick, granite, and more. It dries fast, resulting in prompt soundproofing and insulation. It can be trimmed and molded for a polished appearance after it has hardened. When dry, it forms a stiff, high-density foam that provides the best insulation possible.
APPLICATION AREAS of SPRAY INSULATION: Spray foam filler insulation is perfect for soundproofing and providing insulation both indoors and outdoors as floors, walls, ceilings, stone, metal, glass, wood, carbon fiber, automobile bodies, drywall, plaster, stucco, concrete, brick, sheetrock, polyurethane, granite, MDF, PVC, OSB, car trailers, boats, yachts, vessels, campers, sheds, RVs, buildings, residences, and other structures.
THERMAL INSULATION PERFORMANCE: ixirpro spray foam insulation is engineered for reliable energy savings, delivering an R-value of 5.6 (ft²·°F·h/BTU) per inch, meaning strong resistance against heat loss. With a K Value of 0.025 W/m·K, it provides low thermal conductivity for consistent insulation, helping maintain indoor comfort and reduce heating or cooling costs.
Customers say
Customers find the spray foam insulation works well, particularly in hard-to-reach areas, and appreciate its ease of application with no mess during setup. The product receives positive feedback for its quality and sealability, effectively sealing gaps in walls and preventing leaks in garages. The adhesion and spray quality receive mixed reviews – while some say it adheres perfectly and sprays evenly, others report poor adhesion and inconsistent spraying. Value for money and coverage also get mixed reactions, with some finding it good value while others say it doesn’t cover as much as advertised.

Sticks to most surfaces, cuts and cleans up easily
I have been experimenting with different brands of spray expansion foams for use in my artwork. I will have a well insulated, airtight home when I am done! I like this specific brand because so far I have not found anything that it doesn’t stick to and hold on tight! I found it easy to carve/cut down to level surfaces after I got a bit too excited filling in carpenter bees holes! I find that it cures quickly, paints easily and sticks to every surface I have tried it on including glass, AND.. it’s a huge can!! No more running out in the middle of a project! My favorite find last month!

Make Big Foot feet
We are assisting with snow camp with the Boy Scouts and wanted to do something special. We decided to make snow shoes using this spray foam. We decided to make the snow shoes in the shape of big foot feet. We used chicken wire gauze and old sheets to help form the feet in the vinyl big foot molds we purchased. We oiled the molds with PAM laid cloth strips in the mold. Then we pressed a later of chicken wire into the mold as we sprayed the foam we finished the top by placing Crocs with strings attached to it into the foam, then pushed in more chicken wire. We finished the top with pink fur that we bought at the fabric store. The foam was easy to use. It went on a little thick at first until we figured out the expansion rate, then with the help of the chicken wire, strips of cloth and some wet and oily paddles, we were able to form the feet into decent likenesses. The foam seemed pretty durable after we let it set and firm up. It could have been very messy and sticky if we had not prepared the area with plastic sheeting and drop clothes. We would have posted photos but my friend who was taking photos broke her phone. They hopefully will be added at a later date as I am proud of the way they turned out.

Disappointing – spend a little extra to get something that works
So I read the reviews and knew what to expect when I got this product. I followed the instructions and all the tips I could find but BUYER BEWARE!1. Spray tips were missing2. Has a “12 inch” spay…… Ok. Concentrated at the center and spotchy on the outside. So poor coverage leading to expansion only in the center of the spray and nearly no coverage or expansion on the sides.3. Messy. Duh it is spray foam.4. Poor adhesion. Doesn’t matter if it is a rough clean surface. Sprayed a light coat on a tiny patch of wall I was repairing. All the foam fell out and slid down my nicely painted wall… Luckily it does stick so once it dries I just flaked it right off.Positive note. If you make a mess. Don’t try to clean it immediately. Wait until it is dry and then it flakes right off. Though I would say it isn’t a good benefit to have a foam insulation do that but helps with the mess it makes.Over all you get what you pay for but I would say I am still very disappointed. I could have gotten the same amount for about the same price from the best stuff kit and I know they product works.

Great Product
I used it today and it worked great for filling a void under a concrete slab. The only problem I had was the straw falling off the end of the gun. It simply slips on and under pressure, it came off twice. Great product for the price.

Best brand on Amazon
I tested a few other brands on Amazon and this was the best performing. Its application was consistent and that is key. It can work on ceilings but expect it only to work with brand new materials. It won’t stick to aged wood or an unclean surface. Overall, very satisfied with this product. Worked exactly as intended in my wall cavities.

Didnât do well for my Application
This foam didnât work well for my application.I tried to apply an even 1 inch thick layer of foam to a Stone foundation wall . I havePreviously done this exact application using Tiger Foam , and got pretty good resultsThis foam looks like cotton balls , here and there and everywhere, with gaps between. This foam MUST be sprayed into a cavity or holeYou canât apply a semi uniform layer!

Not as advertised
Coverage isnât as advertised but that wasnât my biggest issue. Trying to spray this on the ceiling even with the provided tips is a nightmare. Coverage is terrible on the ceiling with as much spray that just wants to fall. Too close it blows off. Too far away it gets wasted. Tried all different adjustments. Ceiling coverage I would give a 1 star or less. Wall coverage I would say 3-4 stars.
