Amazing!! Over 3 years!
**UPDATE**I have been using this tracker for over 3 YEARS so I feel I can give this a thorough review. I used this with the waterproof magnet and placed in the undercarriage. The best placement is on the passenger side just before the rear tire attached to the metal frame. This gave me the most accurate results. I then moved to up under the passenger seat because the magnet cases were not reliable and I lost a tracker. Less accurate but Iâll never lose another one! I am a PI so I have a lot of experience with these devices..Battery & Customer Service. I start here because I did have issues with the life of the battery. BUT customer service was insanely amazing. I contacted them thru email letting them know I was not happy about the battery life. Before I could even blink, they sent me a new one (didnt even make me wait to send the defective one) I got it in about a day or 2. That one gave me issues too and without any hesitation they again sent me another one QUICK! That one had no issues at all. Any slight issue I did have or question they got back to me within 10 min, no joke! I bothered them a lot and they answered all of my questions quickly and made sure I was satisfied! I wish my cable company had the same ethics! The website. It is very user friendly. There are so many different features, it may take you awhile to get the hang of them all. I spent a night just clicking around and found some really cool ones that were perfect for what I needed it for. Particularly the google maps. Example. The vehicle was parked for a long time at a location that I was not familiar with. It looked like a building but I didn’t know what it was. You can click on it where it says map it and get a street view. I was then able to recognize the location. And it was even in the exact parking spot it showed on the map, that is CRAZY! You can watch in real time as the subject is in route, or you have the option of looking at everywhere the tracker had been in the last 24 hours or hour by hour (say if you knew they left at 2 you could break it down and just see the activity from 2-3) The other super cool feature I loved is geofencing. You can choose a location (say home, office, gym) anywhere you deem a safe area where you know. When they leave that area you will get a text or email (u choose) letting you know the min they left or when they entered that area. I liked this because once they left I could watch in real time to see where they were going. You can also see how long they spent parked or stopped at a location. You can see miles traveled as well as speed. The app is new and I use it the most but itâs behind just a little with real time. The service does have a monthly fee ranging I believe from 25-35 depending on how often you want it to ping (every 30 sec to 2 min) not sure of the exact times, I have 30 seconds for $30 a month (so worth it)This product exceeded all of my expectations. I never thought I would actually be able to do all that I can with it. Its better than sitting around waiting for the subject to make moves, it saves me time, gas and mileage on my vehicle. I can track a subject from my computer or phone.I literally have nothing bad to say about this AT ALL. You will not be disappointed if you are using it to track a spouse or bf/gf, kids, you will be amazed!

Awesome unit! See (my) Pros and Cons here.
UPDATE: Finally canceled the service because I no longer need it and canceling was pretty easy. I chatted support, said, “hey I wanna cancel” and they pointed me straight to the page to cancel (which now that I see it, I could have found it on my own if I just looked for it). Filled it out and bam, was canceled right away. I saw somebody complaining on here that it wasn’t easy to cancel… was pretty easy for me 😐 Took like 2 minutes. They said I can reactivate it whenever AND it apparently has a LIFETIME warranty… that’s pretty amazing. I never see lifetime warranties in products these days. If I ever need to track something again, I’ll re-activate this! Worked really well when I was using it!I like it so far but one thing they don’t mention on here is the prices for other service options: $25 for 1 minute updates (only updates map every 1 minute) up to $45 for about 5 second updates. I’m using this in case my electric bicycle (a very powerful and expensive one) gets stolen (I hid this unit INSIDE the bike’s battery packaging [so it looks like part of the battery] and have it charging via the battery so it will basically last forever) and so far, it works perfectly. I set up a test with my girlfriend where she took the bike and I had to find her just using the GPS. Caught her at a store about 15 minutes after she said “come find me.” So I’m very pleased with it so far! I did have to search around in the area for a little bit because sometimes it’s not super accurate even outside but still, found her in 15 minutes… pretty good! They don’t really advertise it as that kind of tracker but… works well.Pros:- Works pretty much right out of the box, YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO BUY A SIM CARD, it comes with one – my favorite thing about this unit. All you have to do is register your device, setup your payment and then wait a few hours for everything to activate and start using.- Seems to be fairly accurate AS LONG as it’s outdoors and moving. Once you go inside any place, as with most GPS units, it pings you all over the place within about 1,000-2,000 ft. Sometimes further. So if your using it for an electric bike like I am, you might want to take note of that. Still gives you an idea of where it is though.- No contract so you can cancel your plan and start it back up if your bike or car gets stolen. This is a pretty huge plus for me. I will have it deactivated until- Long-lasting battery. Not attached to my e-bike battery, it seems to get about a week of life per charge (like from 100% to absolute 0). Connect it to a portable USB charger and you can probably get 2 or 3 weeks out of it. Or do like me and connect it to your car or bike battery and have it last forever without recharging :D- It’s small! Love the size, I actually thought it would be a little better. Included a picture of me holding it.Cons:- The service plan… and well, the unit itself, is kind of.. expensive compared to others or a pre-paid SIM card option. Then again, works right out of box.- Not always accurate, even when outside. But it works well enough.Overall: It’s a nice little unit. Not the cheapest, but works right out of the box – key feature for me. Didn’t have to deal with prepaid SIM card nonsense, carriers, etc.
El pago de suscripción es demasiado elevado 35 dólares y si no hay una suscripción no lo puedes utilizar, Perfecto para la basura. –

Bought this thing and it hasnât worked for 2 months, been working with their Technical Support but they can seem to help.I tried to cancel the $40 cad per month and they are saying i cannot cancel for a year, yet they still canât get it to work. Do not purchase this piece of junk from legal scam people!

This is a decent device but subscription is costly. I ordered 2 to use in my luggage on my once a year plane trip/vacation. I will only use for 1 month a year on their monthly subscription. I ordered 2 but got 2 different versions of the same product. Besides the slight difference in looks, they both function the same, and have identical product names and features.Pros:-easy to use the device, just charge and it automatically sends/receives cell and GPS signals.-The app displays very clearly and accurately the current location, as well as the route it took when moving. (I took it on a bike ride around the city and it was 100% accurate with my route updating all the time)- the app tells you when the device moves, and when it stops moving.- the app tells you how fast the device was moving as well- the app displays the battery remaining on the device, just as it would for a cell phone (in %)- easy to add device to app to trackCons:-The device is a bit larger then I expected, and weighs the same as a cell phone. The device is as deep as it is wide. The pictures dont really show that.- Registering for a account login to the app was a bit harder then i expected, it is slightly confusing process and wasnt easy to find the site to sign up. but once it was found it was ok.-You need to buy a subscription from them to use the app. You pay when you add the device, so you dont see anything until you pay. It says 30$ for monthly, but in can $ its ~45$. This is ok for a once a year trip, activate it for a month durring trip, but it would not be great for long term use, it would be expensive, but then again it is practically a cell phone.
