Great product, not happy about open boxes, great service!
Updated: The seller contacted me and offered to make up for the open boxes. THe installation is complete and the lights look great and have been working great for the week so far. The warranty is for 2 years. I’ve updated the number of stars from 3 to 5. Great Seller.1) bought two. Allegedly new.2) on box said âreturnâ on it in black magic marker.3) the other box, the light had been installed and deinstalled. Stranded wires were obviously wire nutted.4) the mounting bracket is welded together making it sturdy, but the holes donât line up well for the metal box in my rafters making it not square to the rest of the room. I had to get creative to make it look right in both rooms.A better design would allow the bracket to swivel on the mounting plate.The only other thing I would have liked was color selection on the LEDs. I knew this was 6000K so no fault of the maker or seller. I put one in a walk-in closet. Plenty of light and it works great.The other in the laundry room and it also looks great. Overall, Iâm happier than three stars, but annoyed I got two opened box products when I paid for new.
