I like the size and shape of this light weight, tumbler. This is my first compost bin and wanted to do my part in reducing food waist. The plastic is soft but thick & durable. While assembling was very easy, and instructions were clear; it didn’t come with tools so you’ll need phil-up head screwdriver & wrench ratchet set other wise you’ll tear your fingers up doing by hand. The manual is perfectly clear, easy to read, understand and follow. Composting is a little more tricky then just putting all your food scraps in a container. The manual is great and gives examples when things start to smell how to correct it and also explains the moisture balance it needs and what you can and can’t put into it. It’s worth it to me to put in the work, time & effort to help our planet. Food waist in landfills is 1 of the 3 top contributors to Methane gas

Excellent composter with two compartments, which is apparently important
This is my first composter and I have to say I’m very pleased with it. While others think assembly is difficult, I’ll be a bit more nuanced and say more precisely that it is simple, but time-consuming. There are just a lot of little screws with backing nuts that need to be installed and it just takes some time. It’s not difficult or confusing, just time-consuming. But when you’re done, the composter is extremely sturdy, which I appreciate.I didn’t realize the advantage of having two separate compartments until I filled the first one and realized it would still be some weeks before it was ready to be “harvested”. That second side looked brilliant at that point. In fact, I’m not sure what people with only a single composter do since obviously more time is needed for composting once you fill it. With two sides, this hasn’t been an issue as the first side can continue to reduce as the second side is filled.

Very time consuming to assemble – other decent item
When I open the package, I saw the mass quantity of blots and thought, oh my, this will take a long time to assemble. There are 8 panels which, if I remember, needs 9 bolts/nuts per panel. While assembly is simple it is super time consuming and the directions while in English, needs to be written by someone that uses English as their first language. Once assembled, the unit operates well. It is not the sturdiest thing out there, but fits the price point.

I received the tumbler on time . The packaging was good without much waste. The tumbler looks sturdy enough and was easy to put together. The instructions could have been more detailed. For example, even in the youtube instructions did not mention the bolts and nuts and how they were to be used. Now it was obvious that the plastic parts had to be fastened but both the written and youtube made it seem that all you had to do was snap the thing together. It took me a little over an hour to get it together and that was including reading instructions and watching the youtube. I have not used it yet but feel like it will work just fine. I do wish that the doors were a bit bigger both to empty it and to load it. I’ll post a follow up after some use.

Fonctionne super bien …. Assemblage ok …. La séparation du millieux a décidément pas passé par le contrôle de qualité…. Plusieurs vis avais les tête sans étoiles …. Les jonctions des pattes entre mal entre eux …… Mais dans l’ensemble avec du jus de bras et de la patience ons arrive a quelque chose de bien ..Bon produit mais a grandements besoin d’un contrôle de qualité!

My biggest issue is the same as many other reviewers: the openings are small so difficult to empty kitchen waste into it without spilling everywhere. Otherwise I do really like it and it prevents rodent issues.
