Light weight, nice looking and with a filter for odors, this is a nice compost bin. I like the farm look it adds to my urban farm kitchen.I want one that says Chickens on it so I can have one that goes to compost and one that goes to compost via the chickens first.It fell to the ground once and knocked it just enough to take the alignment out for the lid fit. Easy to nudge back but it’s not the same. The lid now needs help with 2 hands.one thing I’d fix is to make the handle 1 inch longer so I could use my thumb to hold the handle and bottom with fingers to dump one handed. My hands are always full out there and it’s a bit of a pain to have to use 2 hands for a one handed task. I guess if you have the reach you probably can do it as is.

It came with a hole in the welded seam so vegetable âjuiceâ leaks out. It was too late to send it back. But it is cute. Just wish it were better made.
