Awesome product
This griddle works great. Temperature of the cooking plate is even throughout and it cleans easily. Be aware if you buy it that the grease catch pan at the front need to be pushed forward. If not grease will collect in the lower pan which is not removeable.

Great griddle, not overpriced and the customer service has been great
This griddle is high quality and works well. We have had it installed for about one month. It has been great at cooking breakfast, lunch and dinners. It is easy to clean with just water and the drip tray is easy to get in and out. The hinged top makes it much easier to use than other overpriced brands we have seen that don’t have a hinged lid. I love this griddle so far!

Low Burn
Got the unit installed in my island, hooked it up, started the flame and lo and behold it had a low flame issue. Bought a couple of Stanbroil hoses to make sure it would work and nothing, still low flame. With both burners going it is the jumping flame. Internet said try slowly turning the gas on, did this more times than I can count, and purged the lines every time. Also tried adjusting the air intake up front and a different tank of gas just in case. Nothing.Finally after going through all this I contacted Stanbroil customer service and told them everything I had done plus sent a video. Did receive a quick middle of the night reply telling me to do everything I had told them I already tried. Haven’t heard back from them, so I sit here with an $1100 paperweight wishing I could use my griddle. Will update if they fix this, otherwise stick with a blackstone, especially if you are getting cutouts and metal sleeves installed to size.

Absolutely amazing! First time owning any type of griddle, and I was glad I bought this one. This will completely outlast any type of a Blackstone griddle, due to it being stainless steel. I tried using the grill rescue brush to clean afterwards. That ended up breaking. But I used the grill daddy brush which was 1 million times better/stronger. Yes this cost a little bit more money than a Blackstone but itâs so well worth it for the long-term. ððð

Damaged shipping (twice)
The product is great . Not enough care is taken and shipping or packing to secure the box. I sent the first one back and received the second one with an even worse dent which I decided to just live with unfortunately.
