Great lower back support
Great support! The chair was easy to assembly. Prior to my purchase, I went to Staples to try out the chairs. For the price point, this chair was the most comfortable with great lower back support. I would buy it again and also gift it.

Just had lumbar surgery and this chair is the most supportive and comfortable. Can sit 8 hours and work in my computer with ease.

*refunded payment, at least they made it right. Still a bad chair.*Extremely Disappointed â Not What I Expected from a Reputable BrandI was shocked to receive what was clearly a previously returned item, despite being charged full price for a new product. The chair arrived with visible dirt in the wheels, suggesting prior use. More concerning, the seat bottom appears to have been poorly manufactured â it sagged in the center from the very beginning and has continued to deteriorate with time. The lack of proper support has made the chair so uncomfortable that Iâm now forced to use a pillow just to sit in it for any length of time.This level of quality and oversight is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand that markets itself as reliable and reputable. I expected far better and feel misled by both the condition of the item and the overall experience.
