Excellent Containers and Customer Service
I didn’t notice anything that said that these would be shipped in two boxes, so when only a box of the 18 quart ones arrived, I was concerned. I called the seller’s customer service number and almost immediately was talking to a very helpful representative who was able to use my tracking number to tell me a second box would be arriving by a different carrier later in the day, which it did.These totes are two excellent sizes and seem quite sturdy. I am looking forward to using them as I sort through 36 years of stuff in my basement and garage. I will certainly need to order more, but nothing will be hiding in unlabelled, opaque cartons when I am done. Everything I keep will be easily identifiable, and in moisture proof containers in sizes I can easily move around.
