Performs Well
There is a learning curve with this tool. At first all the saw blade did was wiggle the tree branch. I figured out you need to start with the saw at the base and only move it back and forth about 1″, then after the cut gets started you can lengthen the strokes. Someone complained about the thin saw blade, but I see it as a good feature because it removes less wood and cuts faster when narrow. I did have a problem with the handle trying to unscrew a few times. With time perhaps I will have fewer problems with this, either from getting the sections tightened together more firmly or being more careful to not twist the handle when using it. On the plum I was pruning, the cutter had difficulty with branches approaching 1″ in diameter. Plum is very dense wood so perhaps with a softer wood the cutter will perform better. The tool paid for itself in this first job, and the results were successful, so no serious complaints.

It is literally a clip together design for the pole the soft part is completely unusable seeing as how the pole just separates as soon as you pull on it when fully extended and you pick the end up it droops almost into a circle this product is 100% useless

Didn’t want to spend cash on battery operated.Wanted something to trim apple tree. Totally blown away with snip but not so much with saw. Do also need to be able to pull the cord.Recommend for quick jobs.
