Works fine, but needs close attention.
Works pretty well for securing rigid foam to Wood. Have to be careful with the 18V impact driver & deck screws to not blow right through them. Fatter head screws might have helped. Minus one star.They do not work at all with powder actuated fasteners over concrete. I tried it and only two of eight attempts held at all. She they were very questionable. I had to buy a purpose built fastener washer combo (Simpson) for that. These would with fine over concrete, if you’re using a more controlled attaching mechanism.

I purchased these washers so I can attach a 1â insulation foam board to the outer knee wall that is facing the attic to help with sound and temperature. So far installing these are good although there are several of them were not cut and stuck together. Overall good product and itâs too early to tell if they are going to dry rot and break early or last for years. I will update in a year or 2.
