A Must-Have Tool for Every Mechanic
This tool is excellent for mechanical work. Its design is sturdy and durable, making it ideal for daily use in the workshop. It offers a comfortable grip that makes tasks easier and allows for precise work. The quality of the materials is noticeable from the very first use, and itâs a worthwhile investment for any professional or mechanical enthusiast.

very nice
very nice.. the design offers very good grip and i appreciate that it has a traditional shaped box end.. many companies now are cheaping out on material.. very good and more than good enough for use.

Really decent for the price.
These are pretty good wrenches for this price point. The satin chrome finish is nice something I’ve been appreciating more and more, the older I get. It almost looks like an i-beam style. The machining is good, the only place it could be better is on the backside of some of the box-ends, and honestly, it’s not even that noticeable, that’s just me being picky. The tollerances are pretty spot-on measuring the inside of the ends and there’s no excessive play on the fastener when using. The open end doesn’t try to spread easily under force like gearwrench does. They’re standard length, which is something that’s getting harder to find nowadays with alot of companies making mostly long-pattern wrenches, which is one of the main reasons I’m starting to buy them. Their not nearly as thick as most of my other wrenches, which is nice and gives them a more streamlined appearance. And finally, the price point is very fair. I do recommend these.

Excellent value
The quality of this wrench is excellent. The country of origin is not marked, but the quality is what I would expect from a Taiwanese tool, which in my experience rivals name-brand USA-made tools. The fit is right on, with the open end being 34.37mm, just enough clearance to reliably get it onto a fastener that can run a bit oversize for a variety of reasons, including manufacturing deviation and corrosion. A too-tight wrench is a pain to use. This one is just right. The finish is satin chrome, which in my opinion is the very best for a wrench. Those vanity polished chrome wrenches look great when wiped down in your toolbox and like heck when you’re actually using them. Also they’re slippery when greasy, which is, well, all the time. Satin chrome looks handsome in the box and in your hand, and provides better grip when coated in schmoo. The box end is flank drive, like Snap-on, which just works better all around than the sharp cornered opening. Pretty much all the manufacturers have caught onto that these days.As far as the alloy and hardening, it says chrome-vanadium on the flank, so tool steel. These are things that are hard to test, but judging by the sound of a suspend-and-tap ring-test, I’d say it’s just about right; consistent with well-forged high-tensile tool steel.Well done Teng. I’ll be back for more as I need them.

Thin enough for tighter spaces
Needed to change the engine oil in my Yamaha Roadstar. Every 17 mm combination wrench I had was too big in the outer diameter to fit in the small space around the engine drain hole bolt. This 17mm wrench is thinner and did the trick!

Just a perfect fit
Worked as I needed for my oil pan drain plugs on my Raider

It is what was needed.
Perfect little wrench for what I’m going to use it for….I wanted a way to QUICKLY remove the negative battery cable from Our car…..for various reasons.THIS wrench fit the bolt to the negative terminal.I plan on taping the wrench to a powerful magnet that will be kept in the engine compartment and in the event of a problem….the wrench will be right there where needed.

Most sets don’t have a 26mm spanner, as they jump from 24mm to 27mm, mine didn’t. If you need a 26mm you need a 26mm, and this is the one to get if you already have Teng tools, so it matches the rest (if that matters to you). It’s the usual Teng high quality with the high grip textured matt finish. I needed this for an adjusatable car suspension arm which needs 24/26/32mm spanner to adjust and lock the length.

Perfect for loosening, tightening or holding a M14 sized (21mm AF) hexagonal nut on a car, bike, van or truck. I bought one to supplement a Teng 12 piece TT1236 combination spanner set which didnât include a 21mm spanner. As with most Teng tools, itâs well made (better than cheap Chinese-made tat and almost as good as top British or German made brands) and accurately machined so makes it less likely to slip when applying force. I found it useful for undoing and doing up a top strut mount nut on a Porsche Boxster. And, even if you donât do your repairs and servicing, Iâd also recommend buying one as it makes the ideal prop when taking selfies to impress girls/boys (although itâs not in the same league as a Snap-on air impact wrench). It makes you look macho and ever so slightly more competent than the average hamster in matters mechanical.

I had to cut up my old one to fit a job. So this is a years in review. Had teng stuff for nearly 30 years. Only ever warranted a couple of items. Ones I expected to break due to heavy usage. The spanners are slim so fit well on most air fittings and you don’t worry about hanging off the spanner. Just hope the bolt doesn’t round off.Tells you enough that it was a like for like replacement. You aren’t paying snap on prices but are getting that quality
