【High Performance Cooling Fan】 Automatic speed control of the motherboard through the 4PIN PWM fan cable interface, which can determine the speed according to the temperature of the motherboard, with a maximum speed of 1550RPM. Configured with up to 55cm of cable for PWM series control of fans, ideal for cases and CPU coolers.
【Quality Bearings】The carefully developed quality S-FDB bearings solve the problem of pc cooling fan blade shaking in lifting mode, keeping fan noise to a minimum while providing maximum cooling performance when needed and extending the life of the fan.
【Vibration reduction and low noise】 The case fan is equipped with four soft material silicone corner pads on all four sides, which can reduce the vibration and friction caused by the rotation of the fan, perfectly reducing noise and allowing low noise operation, so that cooling can be carried out in low noise.
【Silent Fan Size】 Model: TL-C12C X3, Size: 120*120*25mm, Speed: 1550RPM±10%, Noise ≤ 25.6dBA Connector: 4pin pwm, Current: 0.20A, Air Pressure: 1.53mm H2O, Air Flow: 66.17CFM, Higher air flow for improved cooling performance.
【Perfect Match】The PC fan can be used not only as a case fan, but is also suitable for use with a cpu cooler to create a cooling effect together, which can take away the dry heat from the case and the high temperature generated by the CPU in operation, allowing for maximum cooling; Ideal for cases, radiators and CPU coolers.

Customers say

Customers find the CPU fan performs well with flawless ARGB features, good airflow, and effective cooling that dramatically improves temperatures. They appreciate its neutral white coloring, daisy chainable cables, and consider it good value for money. The quietness receives mixed feedback, with some customers finding it very quiet while others say it’s a little loud.

relatively cheap, look nice, and perform as expected
I bought these for a PC build I was working on. I set all 3 in the front of the case for positive air pressure. They feel and look to be high quality. The RGB is appealing to look at, especially in the dark. They perform as expected and produce good airflow, keeping components inside the case cool. Only problem I had was that one screw was stripped, but I just used 3 and it holds fine. They can be daisy chained together and the cables are long, making cable management easy. If I wanted more RGB fans, I would certainly buy this again.

don’t be fooled by the price
despite the low cost, these are awesome utilitarian fans. I have bought several of the 120mm and 140mm variants over the past 6~ months for utilitarian cooling purposes (pointed at or away from rack mounted equipment) and I’d say these are every bit as good as the (slightly) more expensive Arctic P series fans I have been buying as my go-to “favorite” for years. They do not FEEL as high quality as the Arctic fans. The plastic is definitely thinner, but the airflow and the loudness is comparable if not the same. and you cannot beat the price. We’ll see how they last after a while, because I have Arctic P series fans I’ve been using for 6~ years with no noise or performance issues at all (same cannot be said about Be Quiet or Noctua products I have owned for the same amount of time) but for now I am liking these Thermalright products.

Fans are great – problem was with Amazon
Super well priced fans, I like how they can daisy chain together. They are working excellent. The order I received that was fulfilled by Amazon definitely was from a return. The box had previously been open and was ripped and one fan had one of its mounting points broken off from someone trying to force screw into it. Luckily it wasn’t on the side I needed so I still used them. Do better Amazon 😛

SOLID FANS FOR A GREAT PRICE
Bought 9 of these fans to try on a new all white build and they look great with bright and vibrant RGB, and they also are not loud with a high fan speed with a square chassis for max airflow on top of that!! Seriously a bargain. These compare to the corsair/NZXT big guys for a fraction of the cost.. Get them

Good budget fan some what quiet at lowest rpm
They have a bit of a drone to them at medium rpm range. I went with these for pice and to match my thermal right peerless assassin 140 cooler. If you run them at their absolute lowest rpm they are fairly quiet and they seem to push air well at their lowest rpm. Be warned that I use a fan controller however. I have five of these hooked up to a fan controller and I’m disappointed because of the ‘quiet’ advertising. My hearing may be a bit more sensitive than other. If your doing a podcast you don’t want these in your pc next to you imo. They are of good value however if you can get away with using their lowest rpm. You could buy 9 of these for the price of a premium noctua fan. I was trying to avoid spending over $200 in fans but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is gonna happen and will have to get the premium stuff. The premium noctua or be quiet stuff is $30 each. So five noctua fans is a whopping $150. I had to give four stars because of the price to performance ratio. If these were $15 I’d probably give 3 stars for example. I just wish they were more silent at their lowest rpm, but that’s what separates a premium $30 noctua fan to a $7 budget fan like this.

    Seems a really good value!
They’re a tiny bit louder than I expected when at full speed, but nothing unreasonable at all. Made up a little plate to put them across my rack with a thermal controller and they’re making quite the difference already. If they last, they’re an extremely good value!

    Good case fans
These are pretty good case fans. They are very quiet except at very high speed. At low speed, they’re silent. So silent, in fact, that while building my PC recently, I initially thought the system was not receiving power. I went to check a connection to the motherboard header and got my knuckle scraped by the spinning fan blade (didn’t notice it was spinning at first and absolutely couldn’t hear it at all). The power cables have plenty of length. I actually wished that they were a little shorter, because I was daisy-chaining the fans and had a lot of excess cable to manage.

Does a really good cooling job. Not loud, and very smooth. Best part, you just need one slot on your mother board as the 3 fans have interconnection between each other. One main slot for PC which regulates temp, and the rest 2 works with it.
