    Amazing pc!
Great looking pc with an easy set up. Great build quality. Ran really well. Speed was amazing. Ran games really well at ultra high settings. Amazing customer support for the issue I had. Over all great but I had to return it because I found a pc with the same specs at a way lower price. If you have issues with wifi, check the black bag provided with a wifi antenna that you can plug into the back.

Best build I’ve ever had. No Issues, super high performance.
I’ve lusted after a Thermaltake case build for a long time now. Arrived exactly as expected and setup was effortless. Build quality is the best I have experienced so far, and I have had custom built computers since the very first MS DOS machines with 5.25 floppy drives so very long ago! (tape drives before that!)I had a little trepidation about shipping and damage to the RTX 5080, glass enclosure etc, but I was impressed by how well packed and supported everything was internally. No issues, and I certainly have no complaints about system performance. It’s a gorgeous case with very solid metal construction which highlights the system components super well.

    Poor customer service on thermaltake
Thermaltake has the worst customer service ever I received this computer it had white RAM sticks instead of black so it’s totally off it doesn’t look right also got a hold of thermaltake they said that they would replace it but never did also one of the glass got cracked during shipping they said for me to make a clean and they will send me a replacement I made the claim and never heard from them again they said they wanted proof of purchase which I provided and they still have not got back to me it’s been a month now and still hasn’t heard from them no replacement no new RAM sticks I wouldn’t because you never know what you get and if you don’t get what you paid for they won’t make it right the picture on description is not what you get you could get something different with different color components also when I opened it up it had poor cable management and I had to clean it up myself and another issue was the SSD card was screwed on so tight and bent it PS I will update my review if thermaltake ever gets back at me

    Great Performance
It came with 4800 MT/s rather than the Advertised 6400 MT/s DDR5 (ram) performance is great and I don’t think it matters here but just something I noticed when I was checking to see if I got what I paid for. Everything else was as advertised. I honestly feel like this is a good value anyways so I’m not going to lose sleep over it.I got the ASRock motherboard If you also get it, be sure to check if it has BIOS 3.25 or better so you don’t fry your CPU.. it’s easy but it’s likely that it will come with that BIOS from Thermaltake if you are buying it after this date.Runs Dune: Awakening on max settings on Ultrawide 1440P and it’s great/ Performance is really good, its whisper quiet, thermals are great, and it looks great. Very happy overall.

  5. Deemed Dull By Others

    Prebuilt Gaming Computer
The case design is both a blessing, and a curse. It’s intended to look pretty, but falls a bit short- mostly due to cheaper materials. 2 of my panels arrived with the black glue holding the panels pins off. I’m assuming heat in shipping was just too much for it. A bit of super glue, and the panels connectors now stay on, but not greatly aligned. There are cosmetic gaps in between the glass panes at the corners. This “pretty” case is thankfully, shoved under a desk and won’t be noticeable unless someone intends to look at it closely. The space “provided” beneath the top fans is BARELY adequate for my existing cordage. My stiff cables could barely conform to the required bends to be installed. Let this be a heads up to anyone purchasing this machine- you WILL be removing the top panel, taking out 2 screws holding a hinged top fan, and running your video cables, peripherals etc through about a 3 inch gap. It does a great job at “looking clean” for a setup, but it feels a bit unnecessary. Now, to the only part of this review that I don’t consider “nit picking”: software setup was a breeze, drivers were already installed, and I was off to download my games. This system is replacing a 5 yr old build based on a Ryzen 9 3900 and an nvidea 2060 Super. My older systems limitations were becoming “noticeable” in daily use. For the cost of individual components, it was as cost effective to just order this system. It runs. It runs well. And I didn’t have to spend a few days chasing gremlins that occur with a home build. This particular hardware combination appears to have had some thought put into it, because they’re similar in spec (but not brand) to what I was considering building.Under load, it can get loud. This may be more noticeable to me, due to it being a foot away, almost directly below me (case under desk). Heat is noticeable, but not alarming.Bottom line: the hardware works flawlessly, and is adequate for my needs. The case falls short on quality, looks (due to the quality) and ease of use.

    Great computer
Very good looking computer for the price. It is very quiet as if it’s not even turned on. Easy to setup and would recommend to anyone looking for a PC around this price. Run’s flawless and handles the game I’d like to play with no lag. Even though the games I play isn’t a high end requirement but the graphics are good and fluid. After researching the components this has, it was an easy decision to go with a pre-built. I have the Thermaltake Level 20 HT case also to build my own but this does what I want and will continue to build that one as time goes.

    Ryzen 7 9800x3d/amd 9070xt build
Great computer. Wiring is good. Computer started right up no issues. No overheating. All components work good. Updated the drivers on the 9070xt gpu and she was ready to go. Been doing 4k gaming on a Alienware 240hz oled and it’s amazing. Unbelievable how powerful a ryzen 7 9800x3d paired with a AMD 9070xt really is. Great pc. Thank you.
