Great pc, despite a few issues at first.
UPDATE: I ordered a 2nd one since it was such a good deal. It arrived today, and as luck would have it, they sent the wrong one! My advise, CHECK YOUR DELIVERED ITEM!!!So, the 1st one I ordered died within 30 minutes…power supply crapped out. Amazon customer service was great, and sent a replacement, and arranged for a pickup. 2nd one arrived in good shape, but had issues with the bluetooth, and wifi not working. I was able to resolve the wifi issue by adding a feature from Windows, but the bluetooth still wouldn’t work. Rather than crate up a 2nd pc, I ordered a wifi6 card and installed it. I then disabled the on-board wifi and bluetooth on the motherboard, and added the drivers for the card. It’s been working perfectly since. It was quite a hassle doing all of that, but in the end it was worth it. This pc screams! The 3060ti is a great card…better than a 4060, since it’s memory is twice as fast. All components are name brand, MSI, and the system looks great. You couldn’t build this system without spending at least $400 more than this costs pre-built. I’d say that this pc should be future proof for a good 3-4 years, and then, the only upgrade you’d probably need would be the video card. Also, bumping the memory to 32gb is also a good idea…the thermaltake memory is quite expensive, but a 32gb kit of argb memory from other manufacturers can be found for roughly $100 or so. In spite of the initial headaches, I’m really glad to have this, so much so that I bought a 2nd one. As far as an inexpensive gaming computer goes, this is hands down the best deal on Amazon…period.

Been using for half a year or more, it’s great.
I’m a bit of an enthusiast, and wanted a machine that would really deliver without having to build another high end machine. The specs are great for the price, the design is really nice (I have the white case, and internals set to sky blue solid, but it came with cascading fire theme). I think it’s probably over cooled, but that’s not a problem. Really good g card, for the price imo, and an upgrade to my old card on a self built machine. Runs VR and high demand games pretty well.My only “wish it were different” is the case is a bit thicker than my old cases. This is because the glass sits several inches away from the power supply, which makes it several inches too wide to fit inside my rolling side table I modified to hold my machine. Instead I sit it on top, and it takes up more room than if it fit, but . . . meh I didn’t really look at the dimensions when I bought it.

An absolutely beautiful PC
I am SO happy with this purchase! This is my first gaming pc, so as you can imagine, I was very nervous setting it up! The instructions were very easy to follow, and included images to help identify parts. If youâre a newbie to the PC world, this was crucial. It also has several QR codes to scan to download apps that control the lights in your pc, and a customer support number and email. (Thermaltake customer support is amazing! I have contacted them on several occasions before purchasing with various questions. Itâs good to purchase from a company that you can actually get a hold of for troubleshooting or help!)In the box, I received a Thermaltake branded bag with several extra cords, extension cables, cable management items (zip ties, velcro straps, etc), and a few other gadgets, like a support for the GPU. Everything was packaged neatly and my PC arrived without a scratch!Overall, I couldnât be happier. This is such a beautiful PC, and everything is working as it should. I highly recommend not only this product, but Thermaltake as a whole. This has been a wonderful experience!

Great! When It Works
As shown in the later pictures the packing was robust and delivered the components in what I believe to be safe condition. Some very small marks on back of white p3 case but no problems with glass.Case itself is fantastic, and the components I got inside of it were as listed. Fan noise is definitely withing reason for open air, though I have only been able to have them run at one constant speed so far. Msi center was no help in changing fan speed when not under load.RGB control in MSI center is a bit slow to react to changes but once set to a certain pattern and color looks amazing.Gaming is as expected, when the computer works for a normal stretch of time. Issues arrise when the computer has gone to sleep, I can never seem to get it back on without restarting it. If I try to simply power it back on the fans and components will start to fire up, then I get a red light on the motherboard. Occasionally the entire system will shut down mid game (maybe 30-45 mins in), ill hear the fans die down as if they suddently lost power and my screen will show a distorted, color inaccurate image from whatever game I was in at the time, as if graphical power was immediately cut. For any computer its unacceptable regardless of price when it is this new. ((The computer is hooked up to a grounded GE Ultra Pro surge protector with a 2880 joule rating. The power from the wall is clean and consistant in an almost new house. Only two monitors additionally run off of the surge protector, and I only ever have one on when mid game.))I want to love this computer, visually I always do, and when it runs fine I do fully. But the rating is fair for it shutting down multiple times a week, ruining game progress, online calls, shows etc.
