Nice quality and looks great
I had an older Thermador electric cooktop that was very wide. We wanted one to fit this same spot in our tile countertop. This cooktop is a few inches smaller but we were able to put some black tile in our tile hole to make this one fit. I was very hesitant to get a ceramic cooktop and was not sure I would like it. I know there were a number of negative reviews for this cooktop, so I wanted to give my review because we have had this cooktop now for 1 year and have been very pleased with it. It cleans up well, looks great and has worked very well with no problems so far. I am very glad we decided to get this one.

Very attractive stove.However, just like others, ours had broken internal walls.Their customer service takes a while to answer back. And when they do, it will be a while before they can do anything about it.

Malfunctioned Shortly After Installation & No Idea On Repair
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS THEY HAVE CRAP SERVICE AND CRAP PRODUCTS!!!!This range died within 30 days. It was supposed to be under a 2-year warranty. their customer service has yet to answer a phone call. the phone would ring and a recorded bot named “Emma’ would say hello every few seconds until you hung up in frustration. Their email complaint to the service department was automated and a dead end as well. The third-party repair people tied to the repairs refused to come out to our “area”. We are out of the return window for this crappy stove top.

Didnât get to use it as itâs was way too big for the hole in granite after removing the gas cooktop. Wanted to love it. Iâve been pleased with other Thor products
