Cuts through branches like melted butter! Highly recommend.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this item!!! Recently moved to a new house with lots of trees in backyard. Constant falling branches. Knew I would need more than just pruning shears to manage the trees. Purchased mini chainsaw from a name-brand company that is well known for their power tools. Hugely disappointed!!! It arrived unassembled with only a vague paragraph for instructions. I’ve never even touched a Saw, so didn’t know where to begin. Tried to pull up instructions on YouTube. In doing so, saw a video on this TieToc mini chain saw and decided to return well-known brand and replace it with TieToc. FABULOUS decision. Came fully assembled and included a booklet with very clear and easy instructions, told me what type of oil to add, how often to add oil, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Very light weight and easy to operate. Tried it out on a 2-inch branch and it sliced through like melted butter. Tried it on a 4-inch branch with the same result. For the experienced chain saw user, you may not be as impressed as I was. But I am a 65-year old lady using a chainsaw for the first time and I found this to be very easy to operate, very safe, and performance was impeccable. Can’t say enough good things about it. Love the easy carry case as well as the extra battery, extra chain, and all of the other extra accessories. Excellent value for the price. As an added bonus, Seller hires disabled workers, so it’s a win-win situation for everyone. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Light and Powerful
I own three other small chain saws (i.e. 12″ or smaller) and this product is without a doubt the best such tool that I’ve purchased in many years. It comes as advertised with two batteries, one charger, a spare chain, a portable box, a guide plate for installing a new chain, a pair of safety goggles, a screwdriver, a cleaning brush, a small plastic container for adding lubricant oil for the chain, and even a pair of gloves. Other than adding the lubricant oil, just snap in the battery after charging and you’re ready to go. It is a very light and powerful unit for its size and completed my tasks quickly with no issues. It has one of the better instruction booklets that I’ve seen in many years using colorful pictures with the descriptions/instructions. The stated 850w motor equates to over 1HP of power which makes cutting a breeze. At the Amazon price I am actually considering buying a few more to give as future gifts.

Great tool, Great fun!!
This is such a useful and fun tool!! And easy to use: I am 64 yr old woman and it is light, easy to control and safe. It does great with cutting up/cutting off limbs and branches up to 2 inches thick. It can cut bigger but it struggles. The smaller branches are cut better with the manual lopper. We are trying to civilize our undeveloped land and this tool helps tremendously: before we cut down trees it helps by trimming off the lower branches to allow the big chainsaw room to work, it cuts down all the small saplings around it. Once the tree is down, it helps to cut the smaller and longer branches. It is so worth the price!! But buy the extended warranty – life happens!

Great for the money
I’ve only used this once but here is as honest as I can be with my experience. I used this to cut off 10 stumps and ALL were really larger than the saw is supposed to handle but it did so with no problem. Only issues were the saw would stop several times during the cut and I’d have to clean out around the chain or just wait for a few seconds and it would start back up. Not sure but, my larger cuts could’ve been the issue. Either way, the saw cut quick and clean, just took longer due to mentioned stops. Charger worked great and charged fast, except, the indicator light on the charger stopped working after the first charge so it’s a guess if the batteries are getting fully charged or not. Other wise, at this price point, not sure you could do better. Impressive little saw.

Best Mini Chainsaw Around
This mini chainsaw work remarkably well, something I actually didn’t expect. You can see the before picture as I was recording. It went through this heavy partially dead tree branches quickly and easily so I cut it all the way down to the roots…definitely has the power I needed. I love my new mini chainsaw!It really helps me around my yard. Especially like that it comes with so many different little necessities. Having safety features also is a bonus.I do recommend having an extra battery and chain. Don’t forget to oil it!

Power little saw that works great!
Great little saw , only had it for a few weeks but have used it a lot. I have a 200 foot fence line over grown with honeysuckle and lilac bushes. Some are over 4 inches thick and this goes right through them with ease! It gets into tight places and is very easy to handle. Love it!

Very impressed
I can’t even begin to tell you how many reasons why this is a great buy! It’s handy, lightweight, easy to use, convenient to use and probably the best small power tool I’ve ever bought. It has already cut through 3″ branches like it was no big deal. I’m so impressed with this product I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Love that it comes with its own case, extra chain, 2 batteries (still using the 1st one so battery life is great). Saw build quality is good and design is great. You won’t be disappointed if you buy it!

A Great Little Saw for Camping and Cutting Branches off Trees in the Yard
The saw works very well for cutting. It is great for camping where you can cut dead branches and logs. It also comes with 2 batteries which is nice. Customer service got back to me after I had an issue with oil leaking in the case. Evidently, it needs to be stored with the black oil cap up so it doesn’t leak oil all over the case.
