This was perfect to seal up any little leaks that occur in a metal roof or in a metal room that joins a wood or shingle roof. Sealed up some unknown leaks very quickly once I saw them dripping.

Easy to Apply â Self-Leveling
Used to seal RV Vent. I thought I was in for a difficult messy project with high potential for failure. Turned out this stuff is surprisingly easy to work with. Itâs self-leveling giving a professional finish even for us amateurs. I did research that pointed to Polyvinyl Chloride being the best sealant for metal roofing and wasnât disappointed. My RV vent leak stopped, looks professional, and hasnât leaked through several storms now, including tropical storm Hillary last August.

Good product and really sticky
It worked fine on my gutters. My color was white. It’s really sticky though and will stick to everything, so wear gloves. It dried in a few hours

Worked excellent on my metal roof screws
Worked excellent on my Florida home metal roof! I cut the tube so I could put a blob on top of existing metal roof screws, and it sealed my roof leaks in a super heavy rain storm within 24 hrs of application. Worked excellent for the money. I bought an extra tube to keep on hand.

Easy application to a metal roof to patch some holes where leaks were coming through. I will update later on how long this lasts

Works great on metal as it says
Used on our roof that sprung a leak. I applied this when it was sprinkling out and it bonded to the roof metal well. It’s been about a month and so far so good. Would purchase again.

The antenna on my work van was leaking water ever time it rained. I needed to caulk it I realized, so I bought this one. I figured if it was for metal roofs, it should work on my metal van roof. Lo’ and behold it does work! It rains really hard here. Really hard
