Tomcat® Super Hold Glue Traps Rat Size are the pesticide-free way to stop a rodent right in its tracks. Our advanced glue formulation with high-contrast glue color for quick rodent identification effectively captures rats, mice, and other household pests, including snakes, cockroaches, spiders, scorpions, and most other insect pests. Tomcat® Super Hold Glue Traps Rat Size come ready to use right out of the box, so you can set them out immediately. Rodents have a natural tendency to run along walls as they move from hiding to feeding, so we recommend placing your traps up against the walls of rooms or cupboards where activity is suspected, such as kitchens, basements, or garages. If a rat or mouse has not been caught in 2-3 days, place the trap in an alternate location. Once the rodent has been captured, dispose of the trap and rodent in the trash. Guy –
Great trap for pests that are too smart or are not attracted to bait.
I had a large rat coming every night who was not caught in snap traps with PB or in live traps with PB, sunflower seeds and black oil sunflower seeds. I tried poison cubes with no success. Then I found a place where it dug in dirt and surrounded it with glue traps and snap traps with no bait. Rat was not caught. Probably eaten by owl. However several birds were caught and I was very happy with traps. Glue is very strong, but does not ooze when trap are stored. The holes on the side enable one to hold traps to ground with metal staples. If an animal is not caught, one can store traps for future use. If it rains, there is no problem, because rain drops will dry and trap will still be effective. Great trap overall.

Works great!
These traps are great! I had rats under my fridge and they caught big rats, small rats, didn’t matter. I added a little cheese to the trap and it caught them all and they stuck to it tight! I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Works. Thank you!
Had a large mouse under house. It threw off the mouse sized glue trap because it was laying on the dirt and it flung dirt about on it. This larger trap worked. Baited it with small smear of peanut butter in center then pressed walnut halves in. That mouse had nawed through a plastic electric box to get into pantry and eat part of a pack of ramen. Messy destructive creatures when in your home.

A sticky situation
The traps are easy to use. Sometimes the critters are wise to the snap traps. These and their other traps work well.

Love watching them try to escape this.
A few have gotten free, not sure how, but apparently knocking themselves off a shelf or up against something solid helps them wiggle free. I love catching 2 or 3 at once. Most times I forget where I put them down and step in them. Hey they work on people too. They are not easy to get off your foot. They work and work well. For those that want to criticize being humane, stuff it where the sun don’t shine, vermin and the indirect cause my dog died just because she trusted food put out by me would not harm her. These mice/rats I will not torture, as they have me by taking over my house damaging eating and chewing there way throughout.

Works, but inhumane
I placed out a bunch of these. I caught one mouse. The thing is, it is is cruel. The mouse is totally stuck on this tape and it is suffering. You need to find a way to humanely kill them once they are caught on this stuff. You can’t get them free…it’s impossible. Now the dilemma of how to put him out of his misery. I won’t use these again, unless absolutely desperate. I prefer the snap traps, where they are DOA when I find them. I don’t like to see animals suffering.

Works well. Caught 2 mice within 24 hours.
Yep, really works! Big size traps, lots of sticky. Caught one mouse within 3 hours, caught another within 24. I’m ordering more.Only potential issue is the mice gnaw at the flimsy plastic edges trying to get themselves free. Might want to design an outer rim that’s unchewable… some kind of metal, maybe. But the current design is fairly affordable.I recommend placing the traps underneath a table, or behind things… mice don’t like to come out in the open very much. Also, the best bait IMHO: peanut butter! Place a little dab in the center of the trap, using a spoon or cotton swab. They go for the bait and get stuck.
