Fitness Goals? Nah. Rehab Goals? Absolutely.
Let me start by saying I am not into fitness. Like, at all. But after yet another knee surgery, it was pretty clear Iâd have to keep the therapy rolling at home. As someone whoâs not a gym rat, I wasnât about to dedicate half a room and a paycheck to equipment. These resistance bands seemed like the perfect middle groundâand honestly, theyâve delivered.I recognized them from therapy sessions, where they were surprisingly helpful, so I grabbed this set. I even went ambitious and got the ones that included the heavier 35â85lb and 50â125lb bands with dreams of actual strength training. Spoiler: that hasnât really happened. But hey, I like knowing the option is there.The bands themselves feel sturdy, they come with a bag for easy storage, donât hog space, and they wonât drain your wallet. For someone whoâd rather do literally anything else than hit the gym, thatâs a huge win.

Really easy to use and strong!
Coming back from a hip injury and using these has been amazingly good, the quality is better than I expected, theyâre easy to use and the value is again, above my expectation, the quality of workout is dependent on you following instructions and not overdoing it (which Iâm guilty of but coming from free weights to bands was an eye opener for me,) theyâre durable and lightweight.Definitely worth the money if youâre in the market.

Great Choice in Resistance Bands.
Recently I have had physical therapy for sciatica and I was given exercise homework to do, I got these bands which are exactly what they use in physical therapy to use at home and they are fantastic. They are profession quality and they work just as well if not better than the professional bands. I have been using them for some time now at home and they are still as effective as the first day I got them, the are sturdy and retains the quality and effectiveness, I can feel the difference doing the workout at home and it has brought me much closer to getting better. I a now no longer in physical therapy and I am glad I got these to do the excursuses myself at home. These bands are versatile, easy to store away and they have save me tons of money on co-payments as well.

Strong Bands That Should Last
I’ve used physical therapy bands many times before. These were always very thin, easily bunched up, and didn’t retain their resistance for very long. These bands, in contrast, are very thick, easier to grab ahold of, and seem to be something that will last a very long time.These are seamless loops, and at 5’7″, the length is good for me. I like that these are color coded and come in their own travel pouch. A sheet with a few exercises are included, but resistance band exercises can be easily found pretty much anywhere.Overall these are a good set of bands at a very reasonable price. I would consider ordering these again.

Pretty decent set for the price
I have no issues with these, but they come in a bag and that actually could have been a better situation – maybe some hard shell thing that they are easier to get in besides just rolling into a bag. But that’s a small thing. The band are nice, good weights and seem to be made of a sturdy material. For a good, inexpensive set of bands, these fit the bill!

Smell look and feel like giant rubber bands
These look smell & feel like giant rubber bands so was a little put off by that colors are nice the stretch resistance works good on the thicker size bands scared the thinner size bands will pop easily…. average quality doesn’t seem to be very versatile or durable for the long haul but on a good note like the bag the bands come in makes them really to take any where and the colors are nice &it comes with a exercise examples on how to use them

Great bands
I got these for a surgery im gonna have and they work great. They’re very durable and seem like they will last a long time. They def have some resistance to them and east to understand on how to use.

sticky latex
These bands are decent, but not super great.Im actually giving them 3.7 stars.they came rolled up an when I unrolled them it was stuck together on itself, made of sort of a sticky rubber…the product page says its 100% latex. Maybe it is. But they are kind of sticky.thickness wise they are pretty thick, see the New Black and green band compared to blue one which is one of my existing bands. So they are thicker. But something about this material seems a bit soft, Im a bit concerned about how long they’ll last or if they’ll hold up to abuse.You can see my old blue band has no shine on it…its because it had this protective powder on it, so it didnt stick to itself and didnt feel sticky on my hands. Thats the type of band Im used to….so these100% latex soft sticky bands are a little odd to me.But, they are bands, they do what they are supposed to and i cant speak to the longevity of these yet, only time will tell.So they are okay, not great, but not crap either.Would I order them again? Probably not..unless they surprise me and last a long time and can hold up to abuse.
