Nice hot grill.
To start off, yea it has to be assembled. I had no trouble with that but some of you might if not mechanically inclined. I have used this grill several times and it does a great job. Gets real hot if ya want it to. And looks good on my deck. For the price, its a bargain, if you can assemble.Â

Great grill for the money!
This is a great grill! It comes with clear instructions and is easy to assemble. I cooked steaks on it and it heated evenly and the temperature was easy to control and keep steady. I like how the propane tank is hidden underneath with a door in the front. The wheels are very sturdy and has an option to lock them in place. I would recommend this grill to anyone that wants a good gas grill but doesnât want to pay a huge amount for it. It has three burners so itâs plenty big for a nice cookout. Iâm very happy with it.

Offgrid used grill
Great grill for the Money. If I could set it up for my offgrid situation, we would go with better casters and maybe some handles for mobility. Lastly, only complaint is that the sideburner consistently takes longer to fire than the main burners.

Defective parts and anti-ergonomic assembly plan.
Is NOT quick to assemble!!!1) Instructions which are not available from Amazon page, state 2 people are required. I tried it solo and it is true. You need another assembly person.2) second phase of the assembly work requires bending to your knees, then twisting to look at the components. They are black and in the shadows.3) some parts are hidden in boxes meant for a much later step.4) cannot be assembled without additional tools like 2 different specialty screwdrivers.Shipping weight and box CG required heavy duty moving tools or else unpacking it right where it was delivered. It bent my handtruck, even after I removed all the parts I could without breaking down the entire shipping container.5) bending damages to some sheet metal parts.6) parts that are defective: ignition needle cannot fit into the hole (photo) and one of four ignition needles does not make spark (video).

Fantastic customer service
Customer service is second to none! Small issue was resolved quickly and surpassed my expectations. The grill surface is 3 inches narrower that the grill it is replacing but has the same number of burners which make the heat distribution much better. Generally, I cook on a griddle for salmon and steak. Don’t get me wrong, there is plenty area to cook and wide enough for my old griddle. But the cast iron grates will be used, too. I’ve tried the stainless-steel grates and will never go back to that disaster. And the price, this grill is well worth it. It is much better than its predecessor that cost twice as much. Great value, great control, great grill!
