Purr-fect solution for cat.
I purchased this for my back door to keep flying insects out of my house when I would keep the door open for my cat so she could come in and out. The cat quickly caught on entering and leaving the house using a little pressure in the middle where the magnets are. This was easy to install and fits the door perfectly. The magnets held the screens together easily and snapped back together when a person or cat entered or exited the house. This is a perfect solution for me, and the cat comes and goes as she pleases. The screen is made of fiberglass and is strong. Sometimes the cat catches her claws in the screen and when she eventually gets her claws out, there is no damage to the screen. Highly recommend.

Pictured on a door size 31.5 x 80.Took less than 10 minutes to set up.Clear and simple instructions.Strong adhesive (love that i won’t have tiny tack nail holes)Good seams, material, and is more durable than the one I picked up at an Ollie’s.Plenty of Strong magnets down the opening. I was worried it might be too much for my dog and be a deterrence but he’s pretty intuitive and had no problem.The BONUS- it came with tie- back hooks. I left them in the box thinking that it might be a few days before I find some spare siding hooks but not needed!! Loops are sewn in for attaching.With so many to choose from, I never would have picked this one had it not been one of the few available for same-day. Glad I did.I also ordered this in bed trying to remember the door size which was, in reality, a half inch shorter from what I remembered. It worked out because I also had the challenge of the attached screen door on one side. No room and I had to stick it to anything it would stick to.Oh, and I spent some time thinking how I could make a doggy door in the bottom portion screen door. I really never liked the look of these. Life is short. I saved a day and a task by caving in and just buying a mesh door.The only thing right out of the box i noticed is the very last magnet does not touch yet. I suspect it will attract after some time in this heat and that it’s retaining memory from being folded.What a relief it will be to not have to rush my old 4 legged man inside because he’s letting the mosquitoes and moths in.

This is well designed and I really love all the magnets looks great at my kitchen door. Confirm your measurements. I was pleased with fit of 36×82 which fit in the frame of my door, not around the door. East to install. World greate. Adhesive is great. I reinforced with staple gun. Keeps mosquitoes and other flying pest out.

Well made with small exception
I’m pretty sure I’ll like this screen door long-term but I just hung it so hard to tell. My advice it to attach the top first, with the center of the top slightly higher than the outer edges. Not a whole bunch higher, but 1/3 inch works well for me. What this does it pull the center bottom edge in toward itself and helps it to stick the magnets together. Not like these will need much help. The magnets are the strongest I’ve ever seen on a product like this and run the entire length of the door on each side of the opening. This is good and also bad. The good is that, like I said, this thing needs zero encouragement to stick closed. The bad is that it also isn’t sure it wants to reopen without you convincing it. In other words, I would hesitate to use this if you have a tiny dog or cats because they will have trouble disconnecting the magnets and exiting without scratching at the fabric and ruining it. This door wants so badly to stay closed. The full-length magnets also do make that center opening a bit stiff feeling, but hey, if you like it stiff, you’ll love this. I also didn’t use the included stick-on Velcro strips to attach it to the door frame. I despise the sensation of anything sticky or scratchy on my skin so the thought of having to deal with both sticky and scratchy was a no-go. Instead, I decided to use black carpet tacks to attach it. Any to be honest, that worked super well. There is a massively thick fabric border all around every side, well stitched, and the tacks went through it really well and it’s thick enough to support them. I used two tacks in the upper corners placed kitty-corner to each other to support the top edge and transition to the sides. It hangs straight but I suggest hanging the top edge first, then go get a cup of tea and allow the fabric to relax some before proceeding to the sides. One downside was the bottom edges are not the same length. I’m sure it’s not going to be an issue but looking at it bothers me a bit. Yes, I know, so petty. Right now, you are glad you’re not married to me, right? As long as you understand this is super durable with the strongest magnets outside of military use, you should get it. While installing it, every insect in the entire village had to come check out what I was doing. Ha! Foiled again.

There are a lot of these on the market, I strongly advise you do not cut corners and try to save money with any other screen. The ones I bought in the past did not last long, were cheap quality, and flimsy pullback ties. Not only are the pullbacks on this cute and sturdy, but the magnets holding the screens together, go all the way down the opening, unlike most others. This makes it way better to close and stay closed. Thank you for making a high-quality product!
