Works great!
Very sticky. I used them to hang foam acoustic panels in my music room. Pictures attached of work in progress.I spray glued cardboard cutouts to the back of the foam panels and then used these double sided tabs to stick the the cardboard to the wall.Had to reposition one panel and the tabs were so sticky it pulled the paint off the wall.Will buy more as I continue my project. Hopefully these remain available on Amazon.I have bought more of these and I got a bad batch where the glue stuck to the wall but detached from the pads themselves. This happened on foam panels that were put up much later than ones pictured above. The ones pictured above have been on the wall the longest and still sticking strong. I Replaced the faulty pads With a new batch and they are good so far.

Not for foam!!
I used these to put up squares of foam soundproofing. If I were using it on anything else, itâs probably great. Itâs very sticky. Held very well to the wall, but did not stay stuck to the foam. They fell down after 10 minutes.

Disappointing Adhesion â Not Suitable for Soundproof Panels
I purchased these UPINS Double-Sided Foam Pads to mount acoustic foam panels on a wooden wall in my home studio. Unfortunately, they did not live up to my expectations.Despite thoroughly cleaning the surface and firmly pressing each panel, they started falling off within 10 minutesâone after another! ð I was hoping for strong adhesion, but this product failed to deliver.If youâre looking for a reliable mounting solution, I wouldnât recommend these foam pads. I might have to return them and find a better alternative. Not worth it! ð

Hard to peel, watch humidity
The initial application was fine. It was tough to peel off the paper to adhere and required a lot of effort though. Over time the humidity (Florida) affected their adherence to the walls & ceiling.

So, I usually only write reviews if a product is really really good, or really really bad….These “sticky pads” were the suggested item for some sound dampening foam panels I bought.They stick to the wall great! Too great in fact. So great I will be performing some minor wall repair and painting. They do NOT however, stick to the foam panels at all. I tried heat, pressure, deforming the pad to give it texture to grip the panel… nadda.These things most likely work well for other applications, again, they’re not falling off the wall, the foam is.But if you’re reading this after getting these thrown up at you for sound dampening foam panels, just buy the panels with the adhesive on the back of them. I have those up in the same room and haven’t had issue 1 with any of them.

I needed this for mounting a dashcam, rear view cam, USB controller and stupid magic mount that didn’t stick to anything. Everything’s now stuck good. Been using it a few days and everything’s working great. Super happy.It does seem to be genuine high quality 3M.
