Great heating pad!
I really like this small heating pad. It works great for the neck and is larger then most neck heating pads so it extends down the spine a bit. It also works great on an elbow or knee. It has red light and infrared which penetrates deep into the body. There is no temperature adjustment but it produces a nice temp. Very simple with just on and off button. It works well on dogs also, I put it on my older dogs hip and she really like that. For my other dog he is happy to have heat anywhere even with no real issues. I recommend this heating pad if you have s small area you want to treat.

Quit Working After 68 Days
This red light therapy worked great, but only for 68 days. More than half the lights quit working on day 68. Pretty pricy for such a short lived product.

Comfortable, eases neck pain
my job requires me to look down and often leaves me with a sore neck and this is really helpful to ease that pain. I was worried it would be uncomfortable but the material is very soft and it’s light weight. It doesn’t get too hot and feels really nice. it’s easy to use with one button on the pad itself.

Not battery operated, short cord.
1. It might work great but… it is corded and requires you to plug it in while wearing it. They may not be bad itself but with a 2.5 ft cord I would be bending over wearing it so I could be close enough to keep it plugged it. Or, always using a extension cord and wherever I wanted to use it at, not cool.2. Also no paperwork in box, no instructions,Not worth the trouble to return it or I would, another product not worth the price.

I bought this mainly for blue light, and I was pleasantly surprised that it does infrared as well as red light therapy. It fits well and has good cervical coverage.
