Why did you pick this product vs others?:I recently bought the 6âpack of Vacplus Moisture Absorbers, and Iâm really impressed! Works!!!
These work well! It takes time, but over a few months there was water contained in the bottoms. Directions were clear and they are small enough to not really be of much notice on the floor in a corner by the toilet.

I wasnât sure this would work- but it does. I live in a rather humid area and often have to worry about mold. In researching dehumidifiers, I came across this product and thought to try it. Imagine my surprise when after 3 weeks, I had a container of water. My room is dryer- itâs noticeable. The bathroom – I have the box under the toilet in the back- out if the way. Mold growth is negligible now. I recommend this to anyone that has a high humidity and needs to dry an area. I bought also the bags to hang- I keep one on each side of my linens which I keep pressed in a closet. Make sure to place a thick hanger to keep the bag from touching the material as it could wick up the moisture. ( I use old long hangers for pants- they would hold 4 pair, each on its own hanger as they are about the same length as the bag so donât allow them to touch the material. I have a third set in my laundry room where I hang clothes after pressing etc. Great product. No electricity needed! No smell and works great! What more can one ask for.

Works great at pulling out moisture!
Works great! Especially if you accidentally leave your car windows cracked and it pours. Ut was steaming up so i out these on the floor and they have done a fantastic job. Much easier in a non moving vehicle because you need to keep them level. That being said, i have knocked mine over several times (i know i know) but stood them right back up and they are still fine. Good purchase. Very pleased.

Great until they leak
So I actually love these, they function well, they are easy to use, they start out very lightweight, they hold a lot of moisture, and they don’t smell bad. But after having these for several months and having a mishap, I need to change my original rating.I originally gave this item five stars because it works so well, but after a few months and even moving houses, a few of these containers leaked. These don’t leak regular water, like what you would expect after these pull humidity from the air, they leak a weird almost sticky liquid. I had one of these in a coat closet near my front door, on a shelf above where I keep some of my cleaning supplies like my vacuum and my Swiffer; when the closet container leaked, the liquid got all over my vacuum cleaner and Swiffer handles, and even wiping the handles off with Clorox wipes did not get rid of the residue. Months later, there is still a residue on my stick vac and my Swiffer.I would buy these again, on the condition that I could put some sort of drip tray or container underneath of each of these, to avoid leaks. These capture humidity well and keep my closets dry, but one of these containers leaking is almost worse than having high humidity in the first place, because humidity is regular moisture in the air, whereas these are a sticky liquid that I can only imagine is some weird mix of the water pulled from the air and whatever chemical or material is used to absorb the humidity in the first place. It’s kind of like if the silica beads you get in a shoe box got wet and then sprayed everywhere.

Get this!!
This is an amazing product. We have an RV and we winterize it when we don’t use it. I am always worried about mold and moisture as we live somewhere wit ha lot of snow. I purchased a 6 pack and it lasted 3 years. It is a 33 foot camper. We put one in the front and one in the back. When we get the camper ready for use, this is always full of water that would have been in the air of our camper, damaging the panels. This is a must for campers!!

So I bought these months ago because the one with the blue lids were out of stock thinking it would be the same just that it had charcoal to control odor. Didn’t really need that extra but hey it was still nice. Each one I used had its white stuff turn solid as a rock. It should have liquified as per description but it looks like it just retained the moisture and stopped there. So I just keep on checking every so often to see if they’re solid and I just throw them away when it is. I bought 2 boxes and sadly I still have one box to go. I’ll be going back to the blue ones after this.
