Very sturdy, looks great, and well made!
This is my second purchase, and they are easy to assemble, very sturdy, and well made. A very nice shopping experience. The wood and design are awesome, and the metal frame/ posts are well made and look great- would buy again. The first one is holding books, folders, and a clock, while the other is a shrine to me (photos) and my family with a desk light shining on it- very nice!They are as described, and they are on my L- desk.

Easy to assemble!
Love love love it!!!! I have been trying to find a nice looking shelving unit for a narrow space next to my fireplace and this fit perfectly! It was super easy to put together and very sturdy!

Vasagle is a good brand…
Have other Vasagle furniture and they are tops. The only problem with this unit, it was missing a hole to screw on the back brace, so I left it off. I’m not placing very heavy items on the shelf. I also found, if I had used the brace, it doesn’t enable the shelf to be flush with the wall, so better without in that respect! As always, follow the rule, ‘leave screws loose, until having all the shelving in place’, then tighten at the end. It’ll pay off. I assembled the whole thing in a short time, laying it on its side for the entire process. Handy tools included. Easier to scrape the identifying labels off the wooden shelves before assembling, being they are stuck a little too much! Takes a little more effort to remove than other furniture I have assembled.It is a good fit for my kitchen. Functionally, it fits perfect in a highly trafficked area. Shelves are not adjustable, more a plus than a minus, better actually, since they don’t wobble under pressure. Good sturdy metal and wood unit. If I have use for a second unit, will repurchase. I would have preferred all white, but will live with it, being it’s tough to find furniture to fit in tight spaces.

Very nice bookcase.
This is a really nice bookcase. It was easy for one person to put together (me) and it’s very stable (I have it on a carpet). It holds plenty of books and fits really nicely in a narrow space. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manufacturers stuck the identifying part letters in very visible places. The glue that’s used on those little stickers does not come off easily and requires a glue remover. I haven’t tried it yet so I hope it won’t damage the surface of the shelves. I would suggest that the manufacturer start using stickers that are more easily removed. In spite of that I would definitely recommend this product.

Looks good and functions as it should
I put it together myself in about half an hour. The instructions say you need more tools than you actually do, but I thiiink that’s for mounting it to the wall, which I didn’t. I’m not a handy-woman, but it was all was very self explanatory. I could tell which screws went to which pieces before reading the manual. There are only about 4 steps, just a lot of repetition. I bought the skinny one with 6 shelves. It’s beautiful and sturdy and the size was even better than I thought, capacity-wise and floor space-wise. The only negative was it was missing a hole for the supportive x-bar, and I looked on all sides. I tightened the other 3 screws so I shouldn’t have a wonky X shape in the future. It wasn’t a big enough deal to remove a star.

Perfect fit, looks great
Needed a shelf in our bedroom for some of our nerd stuff. This shelf fit perfectly!Everything included went together pretty easily. The provided tool was a bit smaller but still worked. I did end up switching to some personal tools though for ease.General build and materials of the shelf are pretty solid. After I got it level on the carpet it sits strong and sturdy. The quality of all the parts is maybe a little better than expected for the price, all wood and metal, no plastics. I donât recall the weight rating on the shelves but seem to thick enough to hold just about any household item.The large distance between shelves will make future organizing easy as they can hold taller books than many of the other shelves I looked at.The large openings on all sides will make this a breeze to clean in the future. Only hassle is taking down all our stuff!I did make one mistake during construction with the middle metal rod that connects the top and bottom, but was able to fix it pretty easily. Take your time!
