Nice smell and really nice set. My hair came out great.
This is the first I have ever tried this companies Shampoo and Conditioner for Curly hair. I have to say I first noticed the light pretty scent, a mix of vanilla and coconut. It lathers very well and when i used the conditioner I was very pleased afterwards noticing right away that it washed out well and my hair didnât feel weighted down or greasy as it gets sometimes when I use a conditioner. I also feel this left my hair somewhat more bouncy, felt like my hair was in better condition and was holding my curls nicer. The smell was still present, although very subtle but when I passed my husband he made a comment or I should say a compliment about my hair smelling so pretty and how nice it looked. Coming from him it really touched me because he usually doesnât notice those things and if he did he isnât the type to really mention it. I will definitely be purchasing these two again. They come as a set which is nice and the price was more than reasonable for the size. One other thing I liked. Usually I canât tell the shampoo from the conditioner so I usually keep one in one area of the tub and the other in another area so I know them apart. But with this all though the bottles are exactly the same and being I donât have glasses on or contacts in I canât decipher the wording of which is which but the conditioner has a swirl so that when you touch the bottle you can actually feel the swirl like a curl going up and down the bottle on one side. Where as the shampoo is smooth. Good way to tell them apart if they did happen to have to be together when you are in the shower or tub.

Great for wavy hair or loose curls, and color safe too!
I have very thick hair with lots of waves/loose curls. It is hard for me to find a shampoo product I like that keeps my hair clean but also doesn’t strip the hair color out (my hair is currently purple, with some blue in the front). This product works great so far, I’ve used it for one wash and I can’t complain. My hair looks great, nice and bouncy and not weighed down! I definitely recommend it for those with loose waves or curls, especially if your hair is as thick as mine!

WOW!!!
If your hair is wavy then you know the struggle. I have used a few different curl shampoos/conditioners but I donât have curly hair. Wavy hair is so hard to style and the search for wavy products is even harder. Well, I just used this shampoo and conditioner for the first time before my usual routine and .. WOW. I let my hair air dry and am shocked at how nice it looks. I am noticing more definition than I had prior and waaayyy less frizziness. I am over the moon with this product. It is safe for color treated hair and seriously works! Iâm so incredibly pleasantly surprised at the results. This product is the best Iâve used and Iâm saying this after one wash. Also, what a fair price! To top it off it also smells heavenly. 10/10.

Great for the price!
I really like this product. I feel like for the price Iâm paying especially itâs worth it. It smells really really nice, my hair is super soft and moisturized. I think it brings my waves out really nicely. My only issue I had with this product is NOT at all to do with the product itself because I did buy the conditioner from target and didnât experience this issue, but the bottle I received from Amazon had a broken lid and instead of the product coming out of the hole it leaks from the entire lid each time I use it.

Glossy defined curls
I love this stuff. It leaves my hair really shiny with defined curls. I put some in water in a fine spray bottle for touch ups. BTW, my hair is between wavy and curly.

My search continues
I wanted to use this at least twice before reviewing it. I used the shampoo and conditioner and NO other products on wash day for a fair review. There are 2 big things for me with hair care: it needs to smell good and it needs to leave my hair soft. This fails at the first, and only manages the 2nd on actual wash day. So I wash every 3 days BUT I get my hair wet everyday otherwise it’s a hot mess. On wash day, I was impressed with how my hair waves/curls looked (I’m borderline on which kind of hair I have, I debated this or the curly version but if I recall, that has some sort of oil in it and I try to avoid oil products on my hair because it tends to then make my face/neck break out). Anyway, I wear my hair up, always, and although I know it’s bad for my hair, it gets put up wet, I NEVER blow dry my hair, haven’t in over 20 years. Well the little ponytail coming out of my up-do had very defined waves/curls and they were still soft. I used it again today and same thing. However a few issues: 1. I don’t like how it smells, in fact, it barely smells like anything, maybe very VERY faintly of coconut. 2. I HATED the way my hair looked and felt on day 2 and 3. It felt very rough, coarse and dry and WAY more tangled than it usually is when I get up in the morning. Even after wetting it in the shower, it didn’t feel soft anymore. 3. It does not feel like it is really conditioning much in the shower, after rinsing it out my hair doesn’t feel smooth and sleek, it feels rough. On the plus side, even though it’s sulfate free (don’t get me started, I DESPISE sulfate free shampoo but it’s getting harder and harder to find any that aren’t), this lathers REALLY well, but my hair didn’t necessarily feel super clean either. I’ve gotten way better results from a drugstore version that’s been around for over 30 years, but that was leaving my hair feeling sticky as it dried (maybe it was just because I’d had it for so long in the closet without using it?). I’ve had hair products I LOVED in the past—Agree and Pantene, but both changed their formulas and then I hated them. And yes, for those of you wondering, I’ve tried many “salon” quality products and was not impressed. I have always had better results with drug store brands, I just cannot find one I like anymore. For you youngsters, hair changes with age BIG TIME, and not in a good way 🙁
