Flat side of pre-made hole facing wrong direction. Will not fit the bracket.
This bed comes with two short bars and two long bars with pre-made holes at each end. These holes have a flat edge that faces towards the inside (bedside). These holes fit the brackets with the legs attached. Very easy to put together until the last short bar. One hole faced out, not allowing the bar to fit the bracket. Three sides of the bed were great, but this one hole stopped the bed from going together. Clearly, this piece was made wrong. See photo.I decided not to send the bed back, but to round out the hole. This worked great and it fit the bracket. The bed looks great and I am pleased with it. A customer should not have to deal with a defective part.I originally gave this review a less than perfect star. I have had the bed for a while now and it is serving us well. Looks great and our dog loves it. More importantly, VEEHOO reached out to me and showed sincere concern. Part of their message stated: “Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We appreciate it and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue with the hole. My ticky dog loves the dog bed!! It was easy to put together UNTIL THE LAST CORNER HARDWARE. WHEW!! Tore my knuckles up. However, it seems like it is quality materials and I am very happy that I purchased it. I live in the deep, hot, humid South and I do have a huge barrel fan on all my outside dogs, they tear up soft beds (that are too hot anyway). So, here is hoping my monsters don’t destroy them. Super durable, even after being jumped all over and dug on
So Iâve had this for about 2 months and Iâm EXTREMELY satisfied with it. My dog sometimes feels the need to dig for what seems like 5 minutes on his bed before he thinks itâs ready. And heâs definitely tried to dig on this multiple times for quite a while, but you canât even tell.If I had to change one thing, it would be the slipperiness of the feet. I donât think theyâre very slip resistant at all, but maybe itâs just the weird texture of my wood floors or something. But this isnât a problem when heâs just sleeping on it. However, since the bed moves as he gets on/off or runs across it, it has scooted into my dogâs regular fetch path in the house multiple times. This hasnât ended up being a big problem at all though. My dog weighs 45 lbs and jumps all over the bed in his excitement to get his toy and itâs still holding up fine. It has started sagging a tiny bit, but I doubt Iâd actually see any kind of problem if this was my first time seeing it. And even if it continues to sag more, I feel like itâll be long after Iâve gotten my moneyâs worth out of it before itâs a real problem.The bed also looks very nice and itâs very easy to clean due to the type of fabric and the metal rim. Thereâs also no way for my extreme chewer to chew the fabric part due to the metal covering the rim. I was hesitant to ever get one of these for my dog because I thought heâd chew the fabric off, but thereâs no risk of that here.Oh, and regarding assembly, I thought it was easy. I did it all by myself and I have like no muscles. Just only tighten the screws like halfway until all the parts are on, then slowly tighten all the screws a little bit more, then slowly tighten all the screws a little bit more again, and donât fully tighten any of the screws until ALL of the screws are close to fully tightened, then you can finally fully tighten them.I havenât used it outside, but it seems like itâd probably do fine outside too.

Impossible to put together
If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that one. I have spent 2 hours trying to put the last leg on. Poor design is to say the least. Waste of money unless you want a useless pile of crap hidden away in your closet somewhere. Even every YouTube comment under the instructions from the link they give you complain about the last leg going on. I donât think a single person on the YouTube reviews ever got it together. Do not buy this.

Hard to assemble but well worth it
This bed is very sturdy, and easy to clean. It is very difficult to assemble, even with two people. Took me 3 days, lots of tries, maneuvering, trial and error but it finally worked! My dog is 110 pounds, he is 9 and spends alot of time on the bed, it is still just as taunt, no sagging even after 3 months

Definitely puppy-proof!
These beds are puppy-proof. I have had other beds that they have chewed or just torn apart. This one stands up to the abuse. They cannot chew it and cannot tear the fabric. Definitely recommend. I also needed replacement legs, which they did not have in stock. They are sending me an entire new bed. That was absolutely appreciated. Great investment and awesome customer service.

Broken Leg
Update: Seller promptly reached out and offered full refund, but as I said previously, I like the bed. So I requested just the leg which they will be sending. I am satisfied. I would purchase again.I bought the XXL elevated dog bed. Two days after I put it together one of the side legs broke – the internal piece came out so the screw did not hold it in place. The dogs hardly used it. There are no children in the house. So I know it was not a weight issue, and I know the bed was not abused. I like bed. I don’t want to exchange it because I had trouble putting it together. It was hard for me to put the last corner leg on. All I want is a replacement leg but Amazon only gives me the option to return. When I visit the store website, there is no way to contact them. Looks like I will be searching for a dog bed again.

Ich habe das Hundebett für meine Ridgebackhündin, 47 kg gekauft. Dachte mir, dann muss die Gute nicht direkt auf dem Boden liegen und man kann es auch gut mal drauÃen im Garten stehen lassen. Das Hundebett macht einen guten, stabilen Eindruck und die GröÃe ist für meine Hündin auch top. Aber…… es gibt beim drauf steigen etwas nach. Für meine Hündin ein absolutes no go. Sie weigert sich das Teil zu benutzen.

Iâve waited and done many research. We were gifted a no-chew bed and it lasted a while but it was eventually chewed and I had to throw out. It was chunky to put in the wash and hard to dry without being clunky.I want a practical, light weight, easy to clean, AND one that fits our interior decor dog bed for our currently 13 lbs 4-month-old puppy to grow into. Well this one has everything on my wishlist! The black-silver color works really well, and itâs height is just right to make up for the window she likes to keep an eye on. This metal frame she canât and wonât chew, and the mesh is cooling for the heat warning thatâs occurring every year. To be used in and outdoor, to be used at home and when travelling. To be used when I work on handling and training and saves my back from bending down (didnât want a high table inside the house for safety and aesthetic reasons) Seriously, such nice and clever design! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this! The dog loves a raised bed but as you can see in the pictures by previous ones, theyâve all been way too small. Dog is very large Lab and sits comfortably on. Dries quickly, easy enough to assembly, looks smart, yes slightly expensive but Iâve paid more for cheaper quality. Highly rate the value for money, fantastic dog bed!!

I bought 2 of these dog beds in May for both my dogs birthdays. I have deliberately waited to submit a review so I could properly give an honest review of these dog beds. I have two Labradors, one is 39kg and the little one is 32kg. I half expected the mesh material to sag under the weight of my oldest and biggest dog but to my surprise they have not sagged one little bit, the frame work is sturdy, the mesh material is strong, the beds can actually hold both of my dogs one one bed. I expected my oldest dog now 11 years old to dislike these new beds as she has never had a raided off the floor bed before, but she LOVES her new bed, in fact she was the first one to try them out followed closely by her sister I also bough two memory foam dog beds to go on top of these raised beds to give my old girl a bit more comfort in her old age. After 2 months of having these beds and with two dogs often sleeping together on one bed, they still look brand new, no sagging, no frame bending, no nothing bad, These dog beds are of an exceptional high quality and I highly recommend them to dogs of all ages and sizes. My old girl has no issues getting on or off these beds, if anything these beds have made it easier for her to get on and off her bed. A MASSIVE thumbs up from me and my two fur babies.. oh and to add to the beauty of these beds, the legs have a black PAW shaped plastic carpet/floor protector on the legs… PAW shaped, they are PAWWWFECT (perfect)

Excellent dog bed. Nice and light for lifting to vacuum under. I vac the top then underneath. My 100 lb. Puppy runs across the room and pounces on top and hasnât done any damage.One problem, it advertises rubber feet. Itâs more like slippery plastic feet. They are cute paw shaped, but Iâd rather plain rubber feet for sticking to the floor. I added some âdollar storeâ rubber dots to the feet and it gives the grip needed to withstand my crazy dogs. Now it stays in place without damaging walls etc.I purchased two raised beds at the same time, both from different companies. The other, if I could get it apart Iâd send it back. The dogs donât go near it at all. Iâve traded locations with the one they love and they go to the Veehoo every time.
