Two Ways To Recharge The Power Bank:

Charging Note:
1.If your device doesn’t support fast charging, the power bank won’t fast charge your device.
2.If your device supports fast charging, the power bank will automatically recognize and fast charge your device when connected to the power bank.
3.When fast charging, this LED display will have the fast charging symbol.
How To Enter The Low Current Mode? In the power-on state, after connecting the low-current devices, long-press the power button for 2 seconds, the second digit on the LED display will rotate once every five seconds, which means the power bank enters the low current mode.
How To Exit The Low Current Mode? To exit the low current mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds or double click the button to turn off the power to exit the low current mode.*PLEASE NOTE: Most devices such as Bluetooth headsets and watches need to be switched to low current mode to charge their devices when using this power bank. Otherwise, this power bank can’t charge the low-current devices.
Please note the following factors that affect the battery life:
1. Frequent charging and discharging at the same time will affect the life of the battery and reduce its capacity of the battery.
2. It is not recommended that the rechargeable battery near a high temperature, will also affect the battery life.

Great for travel and blackouts!
Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it!Cons – on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short – wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didnât even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my momâs kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge).Pros – outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that itâs supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didnât realize, I just plug it into the wall – not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also donât have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughterâs phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didnât need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we havenât had it that long, but havenât used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadnât plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldnât really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now.We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home – charged up 2 phones overnight and itâs still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices.High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didnât have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with menâs pockets, my son didnât have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, womenâs jeans they didnât want to fit together in my back pocket.

After a couple months, I have to say this is a great charger! I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt it was deserving. I absolutely love the fact that I don’t have to carry a charger to charge the actual power bank and that it has different charging outputs for on-the-go. The battery life is pretty long lasting. For some weird reason, there’s like a bubble on the battery percentage screen and I can’t remove it (no, it’s not dirty). It’s more of a superficial thing. It’s a little annoying but it works fine. Adding to my reason for giving it 4 stars, is that I find it to be very heavy considering I carry it in by bag.

Got this for camping. Itâs a great charger, and the connections on it cover most common ports one uses. I charged my iPad with it and purposely used the iPad while I charged it, to see if it would charge faster than it would run out of battery. It took longer to charge when I used it, but it went up about 10% in an hour. When I turned the iPad off and let it charge, it went up another 20% in another hour. In total, charged my iPad 30% with 21% of its own power. The design is sleek and it comes with a pouch to keep it in. You can plug it into an outlet either right side up or upside down, depending on what is most convenient for you. You can also charge it with a USB-C cable, you donât have to plug it into the wall directly. Itâs pretty hefty, which makes it feel like itâs a solid quality. It is slightly smaller than my iPhone (which is the smaller size), and it is about twice as thick. Iâm very impressed with it.

Sounded good but it is TOO heavy!
This item is as heavy or maybe even heavier than my iPhone 14. I canât imagine carrying it around. Thinking about returning it.This item is good as a back up charger in the house or on vacation in the room wherever we are staying. It works easily and quickly and I can get multiple charges on it.And their Customer Service is the best Iâve ever experienced! Punctual, caring, responsive and dependable!Plus I love the colorful choices. Have a pink one and a purple one. The pink one I chose is lighter and smaller than the original purple one Iâd ordered.Great company!

Updated – Worked for 2 months. What a disappointment!
Update: After posting my review customer support emailed me about the product. They were very helpful and also replaced the portable charger and shipped it to me as quickly as possible . I received it on 9/17 and today itâs 9/30/25. And itâs still working strong the wall plug to charge is holding up and working. So far Iâm happy with it. ðI would have given it 5 star. But the wall-plug on the battery stopped working and itâs not charging the battery. I purchased this on April 6, 2025 and itâs June 7, 2025 didnât even have it long.Update to come once I hear back from customer service.

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldnât.I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable.I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge.This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably wonât notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag.I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone.Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you donât mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!

I bought this on Prime Day to replace another brand I bought last year that has recently broke. I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, thatâs the only con I have for this thing. Charges quickly which is wonderful if youâre on the go and in a pinch.

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again.I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far itâs been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either.Itâs a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!
