I would like to take a moment to provide a review on this dehumidifier from Waykar. It’s an 80 pint that supports up to 5000 sq ft. of coverage.It runs at a very reasonable decibel rating which makes it comfortable to use in the room sitting in. The removal of the moisture from the air is excellent and within a 24 hour period or less we noticed a big difference in our basement.It certainly brings the humidity level to a safe and comfortable setting. We have a lot of delicate items in our basement that can get damaged if the humidity level us to high. Now with this dehumidifier I will not have to worry about this.Thank you, Waykar for producing an excellent and product within a budget friendly environment. Very easy to set up and use.I needed to contact customer support for some ideas and they were quick to respond and provide me the answers to my questions.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high quality dehumidifier.

O aparelho chegou com avaria, a caixa tinha algumas marcas de transporte porém nada que perfurasse a mesma. Porém quando desembalei o produto o mesmo começou a vazar óleo, vazou muito oleo. Tentei fazer a devolução porém como foi compra internacional o frete é por minha responsabilidade, e como o produto é pesado ficou inviável a devolução com o custo do transporte de retorno.Enfim, o produto está danificado, carÃssimo, não tem garantia no Brasil. Sequer liguei com medo de algum problema maior.Um prejuÃzo absurdo.

Purchased for large heated garage to help control humidity/moisture. We have 2 other units that we are using, but they couldn’t keep up. When we unboxed the unit, we were taken by surprise, the unit is smaller than the ones we currently had. Have been using it now for a couple of weeks, and it is proving to be 2xtimes more effective than our other units. Very happy with our purchase. We do wish it had a larger water collection bucket. For now we hooked up the external drain hose and use that.
