The hot staples get heated rapidly when you press the activation button, and you can embed the staples into plastic cracks to join the two broken pieces. Once done joining, pull to separate, and cut away the excess staple. Plastic welding is easy as that!

Pays for itself in one repair
I used it to repair a tear in a automotive spoiler that was polypropelene with 20% talc. Worked exactly as expected. Fast and easy repair. Plenty of staples for the next repair. As reported, the cutters work, but are not the highest quality. You have to squeeze pretty hard to cut the staple wire. Overall a great deal if you don’t need cordless.

Very easy to use. Awesome idea. We ‘welded’ some broken Ford Edge engine compartment panels together to hold them in place. Then coated the breaks with 2 part epoxy. It won’t break there ever again !

This little plastic welder is awesome! It works super good and is very easy to use. You would think that it was harder but really quite simple. I like how it comes with different Staples and it explains how you are to use them. It is super versatile. I really enjoy using this because before I had no way to fix all the plastic that I break on whatever odds and ends I’m using too much or playing with too hard. It is a super good deal also. You can start saving all of the stuff you used to have to throw away and that in itself is very valuable. So all around this is such a great product and idea and it was beautifully crafted and seems well made enough to last for a while. It comes with a handfuls bags of different size staples and they are very simple to where you can probably make your own if you really wanted to save more money or if you had a custom piece you had to do I’m sure you could figure out a way to make them so once again this is a very cool product and I enjoy messing around with it and getting to fix all the plastic pieces that I couldn’t fix before. So I really think this is an awesome product and I love being able to use it. I’m very impressed with it.
