Bluetooth mode is not compatible with PS4/PS5. To ensure compatibility, please use the 2.4GHz dongle mode when connecting to these consoles.
Is this headset compatible with xbox devices?
Neither mode of our WG4 Wireless Gaming Headset is not compatible with Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, or Xbox Series S.
Is WG4 headset compatible with Nintendo Switch?
1. WG4 wireless headset is compatible with Nintendo Switch for audio only.
2. The microphone isn’t supported in either Bluetooth or 2.4GHz mode, as the Switch system does not allow external voice input.
My Mic is no longer picking up any sound. What should l do?
1. Please check if the mic is turned on and clean.
2. Make sure it’s selected in your device’s audio settings.
3. Adjust input volume if needed.
4. Try it on another device and avoid interference from wind or nearby electronics.

Affordable, Surprising, and Comparable to Brands that Cost Twice as Much
Let me cut to the chase… I’ve spent more money on headsets that delivered way less. The Weseary WG4 is seriously one of those rare finds that makes you wonder how they’re selling this thing for just $30 (at least that is what I bought them for but even if not on sale, the original price isn’t much more).First off, the sound is ridiculous. I’m talking crystal clear audio that rivals headsets I’ve used that cost over $100. As someone who’s done voiceover work and has been gaming for years, I know good audio, and these really deliver. The bass? Insane and honestly unexpected. Whether I’m gaming or jamming to music, every sound has depth and clarity that’ll make you do a double take.The microphone, personally for me, is where things get really interesting. I’ve used headsets for streaming, Discord calls, and professional voice work, and this little beast holds its own and would for these instances and probably so much more. The noise canceling is legit… my stream viewers and my discord friends have made comments about how clean and actually dynamic my audio sounds (which means if I were actually recording for voice work, the replayed audio would offer clarity but be in the game of decent competition comparable almost to a standalone microphone), with near zero background noise. So, the Weseary WG4’s 360 degree rotatable mic and quality if it isn’t just a gimmick or proclaimed feature as a way to convince you to buy this headset. No, in my opinion, it actually works and is something to make recommendation about.Now, to wearability. Comfort is key for any gamer (but also to anyone wanting to wear a headset for longer than an hour), and these nail the comfort quality for a casual or even intense level. I can wear these for hours during marathon gaming sessions, and my ears don’t feel like they’re being crushed, rubbed raw, or bent like origami. Also, even more importantly, my head… my head isn’t throbbing from the squeeze squeeze (if you’re a serious gamer, you know what the squeeze is and you know all about the fatigue and headache that almost always results after a session). The ear cups on the headset basically create their own little sound bubble, too, which is nice. This means that they happen to block out a lot of external noise without me having to crank the volume to ear-bleeding levels.Battery life is another huge win here. 35 hours with LED, 45 hours without? Are you kidding me?! I’ve owned other Weseary headsets and to be honest, their battery life is always good, even arguably better than they claim (especially because there’s no drain when they haven’t been used for days or even a couple weeks — which I’ve noticed does happen with some other brands). With the WG4’s and other Weseary models, I could get away with charging them only maybe once a week, and that’s with heavy use. An added benefit, though, the USB-C quick charging ability means I’m never really out of commission, which is crucial when you’re mid-game.Compatibility is solid across my devices – PC, PS5, Mobile, and TV. The wireless dongle is super reliable and has decent range, and the Bluetooth option has even better range and is nice for when I want to switch to my phone, TV, or when I need to emergently steal the USB port that I’ve had the dongle plugged into or even when I need to go troubleshoot my roommate’s computer. Unfortunately, I can’t speak for the usage with Switch because I don’t have a Switch, but I’m sure that it could meet the needs of a Switch gamer and be seamlessly compatible as I has been with the others I’ve mentioned.The best part of this headset overall? This headset costs less than a couple of AAA game titles. I’ve dropped $200 on “premium” headsets before that don’t even come close to this level of performance. If you’re a gamer on a budget (or honestly, even if you’re not), the Weseary WG4 is an absolute no-brainer.~**Pros:**~â Incredible sound qualityâ Fantastic microphoneâ Comfortable for long sessionsâ Ridiculous battery lifeâ Unbelievable price pointâ Headset folds up and is easily portableâ The headset is lightweight and not bulkyâ The dongle range is more decent than comparably priced brands and even some more expensive ones. The Bluetooth range is actually even better than the dongle**Cons:**â¡ No Xbox compatibility (not something that was important to me, personally, but I know some gamers may need this, so truly a feature that may be a big setback for some)â¡ Mic doesn’t apparently work on Switch (I wouldn’t know because I don’t have one and I don’t even know if this is important or something able to be used on Switch normally, so someone else would have to weigh on this)â¡ The design, of course, isn’t going to be completely comparable to a headset that is 2-3 times more expensive, but that’s to be expectedRating: 5/5 â – For a headset in this price range, the Weseary WG4 Gaming Headset is an absolute steal that performs like a much more expensive headset and is capable of surprising if you give it a chance. Seriously, here’s a true opportunity to save your money for games, instead of overpriced audio devices and accessories!

Good sound, mediocre fit.
This thing sounds really good for its price point. Good but not overbearing bass. I like that I can use with phone or PS5.The only negative for me, but a pro for someone else: You need a very big head to wear this comfortably. I had to add extra padding to the headband to get the earmuffs in a comfortable position. Headband needs to be two inches shorter or they need to add more padding.

First impressions are very positive. Currently on the 31st hour of use since charge, connected to both pc with dongle and TV on bluetooth, the unit switches seamlessly between the two connecting instantly. The mic is clear and good tone but could be a slightly longer arm to bring it more forward. The sound quality and bass level is superb for both media and gaming, and the voice quality in chat is above average. The comfort on the ears is very good and the padding is high quality. The design of the unit is very professional looking and they are made well, with the LED showing the mic on/off is nice but of little use as you can not see it when wearing. All in all, at the price I paid they outrank my £70 + set that only use dongle mode, making them great quality and an affordable budget for any gamer. Highly recommend these.

Il design dell’arco che va sulla testa é molto semplice ed é un grandissimo punto a favore della resistenza. I padiglioni che vanno alle orecche sono i più comodi che abbia mai provato e non si deterioreranno mai come succede con quelli in similpelle. I miei compagni dicono di sentirmi forte e chiaro quindi il microfono va benissimo. I suoni in cuffia sono nitidi e forti al punto giusto. Isolano bene dall’esterno. I comandi sono intuitivi e danno sempre feedback chiari, il collegamento é immediato ed efficace. Ottimo il design ripiegabile. La batteria é molto duratura. Per il collegamento dongle alla play4 lasciate perdere chi dice che non va, le scocche della play bloccano la pennina dongle, basta spingere un po’di più o usare una prolunga e boom tutto perfetto!!! Spero che queste cuffie durino a lungo perché sono davvero ottime.
