The banded base features a smooth white finish that matches two white glass bands further down the fixture. Distinctive ribbed clear glass and slender stacked concentric circles on the bottom add texture to the fixture for a nice contrast. Worth every penny.
I’ve got an older house, and the utility/laundry room light fixture finally gave up the ghost after over 60 years of everyday use. It was a two bul lamp, so I wanted a two bulb lamp to replace it. This is a two bulb lam and “EXACTLY MATCHED” the lamp I was replacing. And it was made by Westinghouse.

Puts out good light…easy to install. In our location the pull cord had to be mounted on the side. You have to pull the string out to the right to get it to activate and we don’t have much room. The switch works, but you have to pull pretty hard. the string cord will probably break prematurely. We were glad to find these. They were not expensive and look like they were out of the 50’s, but they serve a good purpose. We live in an urban environment and we looked at several hardware stores and could not find chain lights anywhere. Were glad to find these. Recommended

This light was perfect for our space, but after four years of use, the pull chain ripped out of the fixture in a way that cannot be repaired. Apparently, there is a five year warranty, but I have not way to access that warranty. Beware that the warranty is not what it claims to be, and it is not long lasting quality.
