Great Product
My first time trimming countertop laminate. Nice quick, clean job. Only thing was deep cut on first side of laminate piece, but that was my fault because I didn’t properly set cutting depth. Perfect cut after adjustment.

Euro-Style laminate trimmer bit
I bought the Whiteside WS2640 trimmer blade with the Euro square bearing. I thought the square bearing was a great idea, but it was made out of rubber or plastic, rather than metal, and it wore out (broke and flew off)in about 5 minutes. I think I’ll just use the old-fashioned round ones from now on.

You have to be perfect with this bit if you are planning on using …
You have to be perfect with this bit if you are planning on using it to do self edge laminate. The bevel is just enough to get into the finish of the face the bearing rides on. With exhaustive testing we are not willing to use this on self edge laminate. This bit seems as good as any other and should work well when the edge is wood though!

Big mistake
Roller came off first use and scuffed my project. Had to tear off formica and start over. Very unhappy threw it right in the trash !!!!
