This lock and handle set is awesome. I had this installed by a professional because I also had a new door installed. He said it was very well made and strong. The various methods to unlock work smoothly and the instructions for programming were easy to follow. I’m truly satisfied with this lock and handle. As for the app it works well but after a power outage it dropped out of my Alexa app but I don’t think that was all this locks fault because several other things dropped out and needed corrected. Since that minor hiccup its been good to go. The quality is nice and looks like any other high end door lock set you would find at a big box store.
