Awesome Path Lights!
I originally rated these lights with four stars last week because the set of six arrived quickly, but one of the lights wouldn’t function. We tried all of the troubleshooting tips that were provided, but nothing worked, so we emailed the supplier. We were contacted within a very short period of time, and our issue was addressed immediately! The customer service was exceptional. We now have a full set of functioning lights, and they are awesome! We love the fact that they have glass globes, not plastic, and they have a high and low setting, and even the low setting produces enough light for us to walk safely around our stone pathways in the back yard. Also, they stay illuminated for quite some time, longer than some other brands that we have purchased in the past. We would definitely purchase these lights again!

Beautiful, well made solar lights and extraordinary customer service
This set of solar lights is beautiful, and they give off a lot of light. There are two modes, low and high. Even on low, there is plenty of light to keep visitors safe on the walkway. The lights are made of metal, and the globes are glass. Excellent workmanship.I did have one problem, which was expediently resolved by the company. I ordered the Reddish Brown color, but in the box of 6 lights there was one bronze-colored light. I contacted xmcosy+ customer service the same day and they replied within hours of receiving my email. I received the correct light within two days of contacting them. Their customer service is extraordinary.

Excellent Customer Service and Product Quality
We had an issue with one light in our 6-pack set that wouldn’t turn on. The company’s response was outstanding – they quickly sent a replacement without requiring us to return the original product. The lights work perfectly and look great in our outdoor space. What impressed us most was their proactive customer service and hassle-free resolution process. Highly recommend this company for their quality products and exceptional support.

Solid performer, company stands behind its product
Plenty of solar lights cost less but I believe the XMCOSY+ solar lights offer the best value for this type of product. The mounting pole and lid are steel and the lampshade is glass. Only the lampshade base and mounting stake is plastic. And the company offers a 1 year warranty.I did have a couple of minor issues: The “winter” “summer” switch doesn’t make as much difference as the 10 lumen / 25 lument specification suggests. I have no way to measure actual lumens but the 10 lumen “winter” position is brighter than similar solar lights I own.The other issue is that one light stopped working after the first night. By swapping batteries with a working light, I was able to isolate the problem to the solar charger, i.e., a fully charged battery would operate the defective light for one night only, and the battery from the defective unit charged properly in the other light.I wasn’t able to install the lights until our new patio was finished, which was after Amazon’s 30 day return policy, so I reported the issue directly to the company. Note that the XMCOSY website Contact Us page lists multiple support email addresses depending on product and where purchased, and the Warranty Statement page lists specific images that should be submitted with a warranty claim. Following these instructions, I received a prompt reply and confirmation that a another set of 6 lights was being shipped to me without having to return the defective light!I always read the negative reviews no matter how good a product’s overall ratings may be, and I look for patterns. In the case of XMCOSY, yes, a few bad apples slip past quality assurance inspections at the manufacturing plant. But at this price point, that’s not surprising. What caught my attention is that nearly every reviewer who had an issue with these lights praised XMCOSY for post-sale customer service, so I purchased with confidence and wasn’t disappointed when I experienced an issue with one light.

Sturdy lights
These are quality lights. This is my second set as the 1st set is over 3 years old . The old set is still operating but getting weak ( kinda like me). Maybe new batteries would brighten them up??? Anyway, I just decided to get some new ones. They give off plenty of light on the high setting and shine all night. If these last as long as the first set I will have no complaints.

Nice lights and good customer service
I’m really happy with our lights so far. They are nice looking and sturdy; they seem to be made of good materials. They were easy to put together and position. I like that they have an off/low/high switch instead of just being automatically on when it’s dark or being only one strength. Also, customer service was very good. I purchased 2 boxes (12 lights) and one light did not work out of the box (and still, until today, about 10 days later). I wrote immediately and customer service answered very quickly and sent me a replacement box for my trouble; it arrived very quickly. We’re very pleased with the lights themselves and the care from customer service.
