    Great mouse!
Fantastic mouse! Its super light and super responsive. Coming form the Viper Mini wired (for like 6 years) this is a great upgrade. My only gripe is that the colors are more muted than I expected, but that’s probably just my monitors calibration.Side Note: There can be an adjustment period when changing mice with significantly different weight.

    Underdog outperforms them all!
I am coming here to leave a great review after leaving a bad one for the 8bitdo retro mouse.I bought this mouse to go with the 8bitdo retro keyboard, which at the time, did not have a mouse pairing to go with it. I chose the retro color scheme for the Xtrfy, and it fit perfectly. I was expecting to buy a cheap mouse just to go with the color scheme I selected. What I DIDN’T expect to get, was one of the best mice I’ve ever purchased! I’m dead serious. I have tangoed with all of the big name brands, like Logitech, Corsair, Microsoft, SteelSeries, and even some weird RAT mouse that looked insane. I’ve always had issues and quirks with each of these mice, but I just chalked it up to the apparent fact that there is no perfect mouse.Well, with a purchase at a whim simply to satisfy a color scheme, I was proven wrong.* The connectivity to the dongle is very strong. I run a lot of wireless devices and have to look out for this. I can report that the Xtrfy maintained a strong connection throughout my entire time with it. Even Logi doesn’t have this perfected.* The mouse is small, but is extremely comfortable. I have very big hands, so I expected to hate the way my hand rested on the mouse, but that is not the case. It feels great to hold and easy to move around.* Mouse works without the requirement of bloatware! This review was mainly inspired by the fact that the 8bitdo retro mouse does not have working side buttons if the software is not being used. Which leads to the final point…* Mouse works perfectly out of the gate, you do not need fancy software constantly siphoning your bandwidth for telemetry to enjoy your purchase. There are a slew of customizable options for this mouse that I didn’t even get to, like DT, PR, and CPI adjustments all done on the hardware of the mouse, the defaults were so smooth and perfect that I opted to change the settings of games rather than the mouse itself. It is seriously smooth compared to the competition.I only have a couple problems with this mouse. It feels a bit too light, and the charging port location can feel a bit weird at times when you’re charging while playing. Other than that, this is one of the best mice I ever purchased. I won’t be fooled by name brand mark ups again.Forget about cheap: If you’re looking for the best mouse on the market, I’m here to say this is it! 5 stars!

    Love the shape!
I typically use a relaxed claw grip, but have somewhat wide palms so I find that smaller mice tend not to feel good to me… but this one is different! I ordered this not realizing it’s size, but glad I did. The shape really kinda begs to be palmed, putting your fingers low on the front for control. Small but really fills up the hand and feels good. Thing is, it really works for claw and fingertip too, its very versatile.Sensor implementation is great, clicks are great, build quality is stellar, I even like the surface feel. It’s very solid, love this thing. If I had any criticism it’d probably be the cost, seeing how you have Aria, Atlantis and even Pulsars are going for a little cheaper with similar specs. But it’s a pretty minor point — just buy it, it’s a keeper.

Nice mouse, slow customer support and warranty practices
I bought this mouse in October of 2023, and it’s been pretty solid. I like how light it is, it’s responsive, and configured purely through the hardware. Unfortunately the mouse wheel began jumping during scrolling, with the page going up and down as you scroll down a web page for instance.I reached out to Xtrfy support who advised me to apply a firmware update, which did not resolve the issue unfortunately. They then told me the following:”I would recommend reaching out to Amazon about the issue and say that you are opening a warranty case. They’ll write something about that the “return window” is closed but you are not making a return. They’ll write something about to reach out to the manufacturer about replacement parts or technical help. Just answer them that you’ve already received technical help and that it’s not a replacement part you need but a replacement product.”I don’t understand why Amazon needs to be involved in this, but I looked to follow the instructions. Despite the warranty for the mouse showing to be 1 year on the manufacturer’s website, the listing here limits returns/replacement to 30 days. Because of this, there’s no way to reach out to Amazon about the issue, they remove all buttons/links and advise it’s beyond that period, and the mouse listing itself has a notice to “Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website.”So I told Xtrfy support “If there’s nothing you can do for me without it becoming a big back and forth between you and Amazon please let me know, I will just leave a review and go find another mouse.” – to which they responded with more instructions regarding how I need to open a case with Amazon. So here’s my review, and I am going to find another mouse.

Great option for those who want to try a unique shape.
Interesting shape and strange location to store the usb receiver. I like what they were going for but i’ll just keep it in the box to regift since it’s not my cup of tea. Build quality is 10/10

    OK… just nothing spectacular
This mouse was nothing spectacular. The one thing I disliked is that the charging port is on the side of the mouse – you can’t plug it in and keep using it like you can with other mice. Unless you want a cable sticking out of the side. It didn’t really explain that and there’s a rubber stopper in the side, it was kind of unusual. Otherwise, the coating is nice and textured and the performance was pretty good. All in all I’d rate it a 3/5, I think they can really improve upon a few areas though in the price point this is competitive.
