Affordable and Efficient!
This is a very nice unit, which frankly, surprised me because the price was affordable. It has worked perfectly since I plugged it in. I t took very little time to start pulling moisture. I like the compact size of the unit and the fact that it is quiet. It took only a couple hours to bring my 1700 sq ft house down to an acceptable moisture level. While I’m not using the attachable drainage house, it is a nice option. I would recommend. A+

Works Great and Quiet
I noticed that my home when not running the AC has I higher humidity level being that I live in Florida I was concerned about mold.I have an older dehumidifier but it’s very loud only has one speed and is very bulky taking up too much room and when it turns on the lights dim telling me that it’s a pig on electricy.I order this Yaufey and I’ve been using it for a few days now and we are delighted.The unit has multiple settings for the fan speed and modes like for using it in a basement or living area we have it on sleeping area and it lowered the humidity in our master bedroom the bathroom dressing area the bedroom next to ours and it’s on low.This unit is super quiet and doesn’t bother us while sleeping.The video shows the sound right next to the unit which is at the bottom of our bed.The unit keeps the air moving and also acts like a night light when getting up during the night.The cord is plenty long enough to be used in other areas where your outlet isn’t right next to it.The water reservoir is a very comfortable size and is equipped with a handle making it easy to control when emptying.We are so impressed with this so far that we already ordered and received a second unit for another part of our home today and can’t wait to try it but we are waiting the 24 hrs so that the refrigerant oil can settle from shipping as we did with the first unit.Very Important! For a long service life.Be patientI would definitely recommend and another plus if you register your unit they give you an extra year warranty.At the price point the functionality and the two year warranty wow! I read a lot of reviews and what I read about this company’s customer service is far superior to others that have purchased at big box stores that have you go back to the manufacturer and to get a run a round and have you jump through hoops.Try one they offer a good return policy so if you don’t like it send it back I don’t think you can go wrong

Quiet with adjustable controls
Great – solid build quality- quiet operation with easy adjustment for temp and humidity- enjoy the 3 fan speeds and the different modes – works great in my lower level on a concrete slab – easy to empty water container. Recommended. Noticed it keeps a comfort level of the temperature with A/C better.

Great dehumidifier especially for the price & easy to use. It was bought for our basement and works perfectly. The water reservoir is easy to empty & cleaning the filter is a breeze to clean with a vacuum cleaner. Would definitely recommend. This is an essential item living down here in the south!I actually purchased this dehumidifier back in either March / April of 2024.  However, late last month it stopped dehumidifying.  I contacted Yaufey support since the unit was still under its extended 2-year warranty.  The folks there at Yaufey got right on the claim and initiated an immediate return for replacement.  They believe the dehumidifier lost refrigerant.  I received a new replacement Yaufey dehumidifier this afternoon.  All of this in just a matter of a few days. I held on to the original box that the non-working unit arrived in, some packed it up in its box and will return it via FedEx tomorrow.  Yaufey provided me with a pre-paid shipping label.  If thatâs not excellent customer service, then I donât know what else to say.  These folks have been exceptional with their communication efforts and willingness to take care of us!  I am absolutely staying with this brand and this product, cause it does an excellent job of keeping the humidity level in check within our living space.Capacity:This 120 qt. model is ideal for our living area.  It runs quiet enough for what it has to do and does it well.

Great dehumidifier
This unit far exceeds all expectations. First it is very quiet. Second does not give off noticeable heat like other brands do. Third water collection is efficient and very effective. I set the unit at 30% because of my lung condition (dry helps) and the large area stays at 30%. Fourth maintenance is minimal. When the light comes on clean the filter with a quick rinse under the sink. Last but not least fifth Customer service if ever needed is always their for youHIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

Great for small spaces
We live in a very humid environment on the West Coast. We bought this appliance to deal with the excessive humidity in our house that has creeped into every thing in the house. The appliance works very well and does a good job absorbing the humidity, but due to the large space in our house, it wasn’t enough apparently. Very heavy and looks very well made. Worth mentioning that getting an additional warranty with this appliance is important as I have read that many appliances regardless of brand tend to develop issues when operating in a very humid environment.Â

Working great for several years, pretty much non-stop
We’ve been using this dehumidifier for over three years now and it’s been rock solid throughout, no issues. We use it with a set humidity level in a downstairs room (which is partially underground) and it does a great job of removing humidity and going to sleep when not needed. We do end up having to empty the reservoir a couple of times per day, but if anything that’s a testament to how well it pulls water out of the air. We would definitely use the hose attachment if we had a good place to run it to. Finally, I recently had to reach out to Yaufey support for an issue (that we caused) and they were very responsive and accommodating: friendly and solid service all around.

El baño de mi departamento no tiene buena ventilación y en las fechas qué uno usa agua caliente, la humedad se queda atrapada en el techo y comenzó a levantar la pintura aunque fuera de aceite.Entre ideas como poner un extractor de aire o un ventilador, me recomendaron mejor tener un deshumificador que pudiera guardar en tiempos de calor.Solo lo uso después de bañarme aprox una hora, tiene un lector de humedad (que raramente no coincide con mi otro lector de humedad que es reloj) que puedes configurar para apagarse llegado un lÃmite de humedad en el ambiente y se apaga solo. Lo uso una hora después de bañarme y el tanque se llena en una semana, el cual es super fácil de vaciar, ojalá tuviera espacio para poner su manguera y que se vaciara sola.ES SUPER IMPORTANTE PONERLO EN SU POSICION VERTICAL Y ESPERAR 24HRS ANTES DE USARLO, NO IGNORES LA INSTRUCCIÃN.

I bought this dehumidifier for the bunkie at our cottage. The bunkie is 380 square feet, and sits on a cement pad at ground level.The dehumidifier was super easy to set up, feels solid and is well made.The manual is as easy to read and follow as the dehumidifier is to operate.I love the simple clean lines of the dehumidifier and the compact size makes it fit easily into your living space.The humidity in the bunkie registered 76% when I turned on the dehumidifier. It is now 50%. It has been running for two weeks and draining through the drain hose into the shower.At this point, I feel confident in recommending this humidifier. I plan to order a bigger one for the main cottage.

Bought this for our crawl space but tried it on the main floor first. Everything was easy to hook up and loved the fact a drain hose was included with it. i was amazed at the amount of water it removed from the air in one hour. Then moved the unit into the crawl space where it has worked without problems. Definitely would recommend this product, easy to move and hook up. A five star product indeed!

This is my second review. My first was just just a preliminary one. I’ve used this dehumidifier now for almost 1 month…constantly. I am amazed at how much water it collects! It stops working and the red light indicates it needs to be emptied. Emptying is so easy! Once the tray is put back, the machine starts immediately. I have not yet cleaned the filter. It suggests doing so after 1 month. Hopefully, it will also be a simple process and that this dehumidifier will continue to amaze me.
