Reliable, clear sound, light minimalist. design.
This headset is very light weight, non- confining and has clear sound. It travels easily and has an easily replaceable earpad.

Excellent lite corded headset
Ideal for work. My Teams Ucass solution is temperamental with Bluetooth headsets, this Teams certified unit by Yealink works perfectly not only with Teams but also with the other web applications I use daily.

Good so far
Works well, but too new to give a durability rating on it. The voice prompts for mute and unmute are annoying, but I knew of this prior to purchasing.

Not for me
Good product. Wouldn’t work with my system

Very Useful
I work from home and use this headset daily. It is light weight on my head and allows me to have the microphone on the left side of my head, as I am left-handed. It swivels so you can use it either on the right or left side. The volume and clarity is very good. I highly recommend this product for the price, especially if you’re not looking to pay 100.00 on a headset.

Yealink Headset Doesn’t Work
I have been using this headset with a Verizon phone, and it’s been quite frustrating. Most people I’ve spoken with have mentioned that I sound far away or that they can hardly hear me, even after I increased the volume.

Works well and great price
Got delivered quickly as stated. Put it on and right away my work laptop recognizes it and away I go with teams and zoom meetings. Highly recommend for price and sound clarity.

Sounds like in a bucket
I’ve used this UH34 for several days, the sound is poor, with some echos. I have updated drivers went to Yealink website that is difficult to navigate and found no solutions. Work, but not as described.

This has been one of my best purchases. Has a bit of a tight clamp force but the noise cancelling is fantastic. Works well with Teams and allows you to have conversations in noisy open plan offices without frustration. The cable is a good length. Easy to transport in a bag, and controls are intuitive. Great value.

It’s a regular wired headset with a USB-C adapter with MS Team control on the wire. The headset’s wire is 48 inch long and the USB adapter with the controls is 36 inch long. The adapter was recognized immediately when I plugged it in my work laptop. MS Team showed a little tutorial on how to use Teams certified headset. I was really pleased that I didn’t need to installed any drivers as my work laptopis locked down. The controls allow answering calls, hanging up calls, volume control including muting and to bring MS Team to the front and invoking Cortana. The controls works really good but I would have prefer to have all of those buttons directly on the headset. My laptop is far away from my screens so I always had to look for this USB adapter. The ear piece and the microphone works really good. It’s also pretty comfortable to wear. I just keep it on my head all day. The USB adapter is basically a sound card and Windows can output audio to it as any other audio interface. After wearing it all day, my ear didn’t get hot or sweaty. Not sure how things will be during the summer though.I tried to swap this headset with two other earbuds with inline microphone that I own. I think this is using the CTIA standard but one of the two earbuds I used didn’t worked with it. The microphone didn’t pick up anything. strangely, those earbuds works with everything else I own even my very first generation iPad. I did get stereo sound though. Plugging this headset directly to my Mac Mini using the 3.5mm jack worked fine. Anyway, I don’t have any conclusive finding but there is definitly some compatibility issue here.Noise cancellation is also very good but I think that it’s MS Teams that is doing the bulk of the work. When i’m typing during my Teams meeting, people can’t hear it but when I am recording what the microphone is picking up, I can clearly hear the clicks of my Cherry MX Blue.To conclude, it’s a very basic solution but it works well. It’s usb-c only and there is no USB C to A adapter included. Make sure the wire won’t bother you. I normally prefer having wireless headset but wireless always have problem eventually.
