Iâm almost a year post-op from Chiari malformation decompression surgery and started using this half-round foam roller as part of my at-home physical therapy. It has been a game changer for improving posture, balance, and relieving upper back and neck tension.The high-density foam is firm and durable but still comfortable to use. I mainly use it for chest openers, calf stretches, and core stability work. These exercises have helped reduce tightness and pressure in my neck and shoulders. Bought this bc I was looking for something to help prop my ankle for Bulgarian split squats on the box. I have to say- look at the measurements before you commit. This came in a cute little small box and it was cute and small pit of the box. Now it is very functional but not for my ankle for the split squats. I just use it for other things now. Itâs firm, super light weight. Anything Iâve bought from this brand is the best. I always recommend any of their home workout gear to everyone who asks me where they can get quality for the best price.

Supportive, great value – but use with caution & care!
This is great for at home exercises & PT.It tremendously helps my upper back pain – so I suggested my dad, who has herniated disks – lay on it for some relief and it KILLED him! So I suggested using with caution.Super supportive when doing floor work for core engagement & not bad at all for the price!

They make me do snow angels on this thing in PT. Snow angels feel great! This is a firm half foam but it does the job, hopefully it will soften up over time.

Too short. Recommend the 24â. Not long enough to comfortably place feet heel to toe for balance exercises.
