Works great so far
I have used this with a 2000w solar system for about 6 months now. I have had no problems at all with it once I took the time to learn to use the menus to set it up. I wired it up to plug into a 220 wall socket so, on AC or solar it can charge a 200AH LIPO4 battery at 57A with no issues. In Off Grid Mode, it turns on and off whenever there is any power coming in from the solar panels. The cooling fan adjusts automatically up or down depending on how many amps it is charging. I get 110V out of it two different ways. I have a 110V inverter hooked up to the battery. I also hooked up a stepdown transformer to the output of the Y&N controller. When the street lights come on in the evening, this controller is still processing power from the solar panels. Yes, it’s only a few amps, but it’s almost dark. When it does finally get dark, the controller will shut off if it is just in charge, and not inverter mode. I am pleased with it so far.

Installed on a 200AH lithium battery being charged on a 12V solar 4 x 150-Watt array with a separate charge controller. So far, 1100-Watt microwave and 1000Watt pressing iron are working very well. happy lndeed

Yo lo compré pero no me funcionó porque que solo trabajaba en 230v asà que recomiendo que tomen encuenta eso only work on 230v not on 110

Not for U.S appliances
Purchased in hopes of using with travel trailer. Advertisement does say that it doesnât work but itâs not clear unless you pay close attention.One star is reflected only for that reason.DISAPPOINTED!!

Big improvement over older model
So I have an older model of this (with the screen in the removable lower panel) and found it had two main issues which bothered me:1. It didn’t always ‘take’ the ac input. It would detect that something was there but make no use of it unless i manually disconnected and reconnected it. Pretty major issue if you use the AC in.2. The fans are so loud i didn’t really want that thing in my house. I moved it to my RV where it matters less and got this newer version for the house.This one has had no issue detecting and then utilizing power on the AC input, the fans are quieter, and having the screen NOT be in the lower panel is much more convenient in terms of not having to be careful with a ribbon cable when you’re messing with stuff in there. The old design always made me worry that id slip and somehow tear that cable and have a non-functioning inverter and a customer service nightmare on my hands where it takes 3 tries and 4 months to get a cable. So this is a BIG improvement.Sure i wish it had some more fancy features in the menu, but really the nitpicks i have are pretty irrelevant because the value for dollar on this thing is insane plus it’s the only 12v solar inverter/charger with a 450v solar input that i know of! Other than the other copies of this inverter with different colors and names slapped on them. So its in a category by itself and im just happy it exists at all. Will update back if anything changes.
