The workbench was received with broken parts. The manufacturer refused to help and Amazon was even less help. Don’t buy this workbench.

Good customer service
Table came poorly packaged in a 1 ply box that never had a chance of making it unbroken. It arrived with a major crack all the way through it. Sent pictures to manufacturer, it was to big to send back so they just refunded my money quickly. The frame is very well built though, they just need to ship it in something other than a 1 ply box, but customer service was great. Iâm sure if it were a smaller bench it wouldâve made it but it was 6â long. I gave them 4 stars for customer service and it was a nice bench if it had made it in one piece.
