Love the style of this lamp!
I was pleasantly surprised by this lamp. I wish I took a picture of the packaging. It was very well packaged. The lamp shade is rolled up and using the Velcro trim on both the lamp shade and the hoops roll it into a lamp shade. At first I was like…what the heck…I have never seen that and thought this purchase was a mistake. But..it was very easy, sturdy, quality is good and I love the retro sort of feel to it. The base is super sturdy. Â

Perfect mid-century reading lamp!
I love this lamp! It looks so good and about half the price of the one I had been looking at at West Elm. The pretty wood detail adds so much. The lamp shade has gold trim inside that just shows a little bit and it really helps it look high end. Highly recommend so happy I bought it!!! Took me a few minutes to figure out how to assemble⦠The secret is to pull the cord through the lamp as much as you can before trying to screw everything together.

Good functional & affordable lamp
Lamp was easy to set up, overall it functions exactly as I’d hoped in terms of looks & dimensions. The shade was very creatively designed, although it’s look is not as finished as the rest of the lamp.

Elegant and Functional
This lamp is beautiful and functional! It spotlights exactly where I need it for reading at night, but fills the rest of the room with extra light too.Pros:- The walnut finish looks elegant.- The pole is offset in the floor stand, so you can tuck the floor stand under a couch, or leave it exposed and set notebooks on top.- The head articulates and lets you place the most light just where you want it.- The whole thing is just cozy and inviting, really warms up a room.Cons:- The wood finish does not match up on each segment. Small detail but it would have been nice. Due to subtle differences in tone and grain you can tell there are segments.- I wish there was a model without the floor switch. I would love to simply reach over and click a switch with my hand.- The shade does not quite cover the upper part of the bulb, causing the bare bulb to be exposed when you view the lamp from a higher angle.

Unstable base because screw is too short.
The lamp looks nice enough and the shade was actually easy to assemble but the screw at the base appears to be too short and I canât stabilize it. This makes it unusable because Iâm afraid it will tip over at the slightest bump.

I needed high-quality light for my sewing table. This fixture will take a 60 W incandescent bulb or a fluorescent or LED bulb. The arm also swings to where you want it and the shade tips to the angle you want.The offset bass allows me to put it behind my sewing table, and the weighted base may or may not have concrete in it. However, it is covered with a sturdy base that appears to be ABS and would protect the concrete base. I just had to get rid of a lamp that had a concrete base that was disintegrating.The lampshade assembled beautifully. It appears to be fabric laminated with a rigid backing that wraps around two Velcro brass rings that give it its shape.If this fixture suits your setting, it is well worth the extra cost.
