I bought this protection plan for my bedframe. The bedframe has since broke, and my mattress sits on it like a taco. I flied a claim and was denied because it “wasn’t covered”. If you’re thinking about spending $100 on this burn the money instead. At least you get to see something happen instead of wasting your time.

clarified an old address for original purpose and then fixed it
Asurion does eventually get it right. sometimes you have to get things clarified thru the chat. i recommend doing that before the old school way of filling forms, etc.
