Such a fun product but poor quality covers!
I got this as a gift for my 1 year old grandson. And he loved it for a few minutes but the little boy was soon covered with pilled fibers from the fleece fabric and inhaling small fibers that made him sneeze that was coming off the fleece foam covers. We removed the covers and washed them, hoping that would clean up the mess from the pilling fleece. After a dryer lint trap of fibers and nearly 2 hours of hand-picking 6 cups of the « pills » off ALL 16 pieces and stitching up a hole on the zipper seam on one of the wedge pieces and then hand vacuuming each piece, STILL more fibers came off on clothes and carpet as we were deciding what to do with the entire product. Every piece pilled. Only one piece had a detached seamâ but that was after after 5 minutes of play and one wash/dry cycle. Even after the hand picking and hand vacuuming, STILL the fleece was pilling. There is no way that this product can be used in a home for play. The covers are poor quality fleece and will not last a week based on how much fiber was lost in less than 10 minutes of indoor play. I am VERY disappointed with this product and driving it back 750 miles in garbage bags to my home.

Fraudulent warranty offer!
I purchased a 3 year warranty with this set. Upon my notification of an issue with 2 of the chairs I was informed that only a 6 month warranty is offered by the seller. Therefore they cannot help me.

Worth the low cost
We have the Asurion protection on a glider chair purchase. The glider malfunctioned and a detailed claim was submitted. Within days we received an email that a check was on the way. We always use this protection on our purchases.
