Great service with no gotchas
Purchased to cover a new office chair. Unfortunately, the chair started to fall apart rapidly after 1 year. I created a claim with Asurion and after uploading a few images of my chair a check arrived in the mail. It took about 2 weeks to get the check, but the process was so easy and we’ll integrated with Amazon.com the process was painless. Thank you Asurion and Amazon!

Bought asurion to protect my item but asurion gave me hard time you file clam
I used asurion everything that is furniture or electric. But went try to do claim they gave you hard time. Last year my electric Grass cutter stop working. I call asurion. They don’t cover it cause company makes has lifetime warranty. Why they offer me $79 asurion. Year later my airfyer don’t work.I don’t have printer. And take to my nearest ups. Before they used send ups with labe to my house and pick up. NowThey want to print out and print out questioner why don’t work..after. after the associate told me he was sending to my house. My insurance expired few dates. I out airfryer and 39$ that pay for it. Please be careful purchasing asurion from Amazon. They don’t honor the loyal customer that been buying their insurance. It a scam. They just want your money and don’t offer any service for your goods

So about a couch from a company on Amazon bought it in September it broke in December it had a one month warranty absolutely crap it is called vesegotti or something but anyways I’m so glad I bought this because I sent him a few pictures tell him the difference showed what happened and they sent me over gift card over from my purchase amount that I paid for the couch literally one day later I love Asurion I’ve used them a couple different times and the only one other time I had issues of refund was just as simple as this time

Unable to file a claim
I purchased a lift chair and it got stuck in the upright position. When I tried to file a claim the system would not allow me to file the claim. There is no way to contact warranty company or the chair company. I would not recommend to buy the warranty or the product.
